Noor Design UK DT Card - Wedding

Hello everyone how are you all? I'm back off our holiday now, we had a lovely week, no internet or phone signal where we were staying but gorgeous views across the coutryside & all my family around.......who needs internet when I had those ;-)

It was also my birthday while I was away & hubster even put balloons up & served me breakfast in bed.....totally fabulous!!

Anyway I'm here today with my DT make for Noor Design UK blog & I'm here with a wedding card using a stamp from Whimsy.

This one is called 'Wedding Day' & is from the Art by Mi Ran Collection. I stamped onto Fabriano watercolour paper.....the bee's knee's in the watercolour paper world let me tell you ;-)

I coloured this image with distress inks & distress markers. The groom's suit I paper pieced.

This little flower I made using this fabulous Crafty Cocktail stamp & die set.

I used the same matching paper & stamped it with pumice stone distress ink, the larger die I cut 3 times & the smaller one once.

Can you see the beautiful lace peeking out there......gosh I lurve this one, one of my faves!! I also added a strip of double row pearls to the centre of the lace.

At the side I used the label die from Little Darlings Gilded Oval Die Set.

Gorgeous flowers from Noor Design UK of course & I added another string of pearls amongst the flowers........wedding day = pearls right ;-) Under there is my favourite leaf die.

The stunning papers are Craft & You 'Wedding Garden' & I machine stitched all the layers. These are so pretty & such delicate colours but can be used for all sorts of occasions.

Well I'm off as I have a day of washing & cleaning ahead of me, so good to be back home I seriously miss my washer & cleaning when I'm away........ Yeah I know how sad am I!!

Wedding or Anniversary

Hello everyone I have quite a few cards/creations that I've made that I've not shown on here. 

A while ago I was aked to make a Ruby Anniversary card & while I was on making it I got carried away & made 3 lol....wanted to give a choice lol.

This one I didnt do in ruby colours but its a card that could be used for Wedding or Anniversary or even a birthday card.....

The cardstock I've used has a suede effect on it......its so soft to touch...you just want to stroke it all the time lol.

For the shape I've used Marianne Designs Border Wave Set......lurve this die so much!! I've used both the dies in the set on this card.

The inside I've decorated as always, I've took a photo before adding a place to write a message so you can see the pretty paper.

The paper is the gorgeous Craft & You Wedding Garden........love their papers sooooo much.

Added beautiful WOC flowers, Pomegranate Apples & added a fine string of pearls in between it all. Underneath I've used 2 dies, Swirl Leaf Die & a Marianne Leaf die but cant remember the name of it, sorry :-(

The top layer of paper I raised up to give it dimension. The bottom part I left blank for putting a sentiment on.

The detail in the centre I used an embossing folder called Tied Together (I think lol). In the middle of the crosses I added pearl dots with a Pearl Pen.

I've added strings of flat backed pearls along the side & along the wave on the top half.

The lace was from LLC as are the flower shaped pearls & the bark heart.

Everything else except the embossing folder is from Noor Design UK. Tracy is adding lots of fabulous items all the time....your one stop craft shop ;-)

EDITED TO ADD... I've replaced the first photo with one taken from my phone & shows a better version of it for some reason.......the camera seems to dullen it, not sure why unless the settings have been changed ;-/
