Perfect Lazy Afternoon........

Hello everyone how are you all? Well decorating still not done, I have glossed my doors in the passage way though & there is 11..........yep 11 doors...... I kept spilling paint & didnt know why...........there was a little hole in the corner of the tray lol.............good job I have wooden floors lol, (I cant have carpets cus of the wheelchair).

Anyways, guess what........a few days ago I sat & made a couple of male cards.........yes 'Male Cards' check me out lol. So I thought I would show you my favourite 1st.
Now for male images I've always loved LOTV as they do some of the best images for our males & this is one of my absolute faves.........
Wouldn't you love to be doing this right now.............somewhere peaceful & serene...........mmm

Ok back to reality.......... I've added string from my stash & the metal disk is Prima 'Vintage Metal Trinkets' & I added a button on top.

The image is called 'Lazy Afternoon'.........oooooh I would love one of those... I have coloured the image with my Distress Markers & the sky is chalked. I ran the image through my sewing machine but took out the thread.
The perfect sign is from the paper pad, I cut it out & popped it on some mini pads thingies lol.

The fabbylicious papers are MME 'Portabello Road' & I've machine stitched all the layers & of course decorated inside also. The buttons & the hessian are from my stash.
Can you believe there are no flowers, no foofiness..........no 'Vicky' lol. No tbh I love this card & it looks so much better IRL, not very often I'm this happy with a card!!

Well thats all from me will be back later to do some blog hopping. My granddaughter is staying tonight so once she is fast akip I can go hopping ;0)

Thank you soooooooo much for stopping by it means soooooooo much.

Magnolia Midway Reminder - Shapely Cards

Hello my lovelies how ya all doing? We are hoping to get some decorating done, my kitchen needs finishing & the passageway & all my million doors need glossing.........urgh, would you like to do it for me???? What do you mean you are busy crafting!! ;0) Just kidding my lovelies.

Okie dokie I'm here today with a Midway Reminder for Midweek Magnolia's & the challenge is...........
SHAPED CARDS
............yep no squares, no oblongs, no rectangles allowed...........we want to see your shapely cards ;0)
Now please dont shout but I finally got around to inking this little lady up.........
............I said dont shout!!! This card base I actually made 2 weeks ago which is why there is no stitching..........yes I have a few card bases made up then do an image to match..........eventually lol. Most of the time though I sit & colour an image then find things to match lol.

I have attached one of the lovely MF 'Decorative Hangers' to this as its a hanging & not a actual card ;0)
I lurve these hangers & have quite a few...........can never have too many of something ;0)

I've added lace (cant remember which one lol)& 'Shabby Seam Binding' & made a double bow & added a MF 'Pearl' to the centre.
I've also added a 'Birdcage' using an Impression Obsession die & a bird cut from a Marianne die & added a 'Pearl' for her eye. Flowers are all a selection from  Prima.

The tage I cut from the paper pad & added a Prima 'Bird shaped clip' to the corner. The tile is also Prima.

The image is 'Tilda Binding Flowers' from the Special Moments 2013 collection. I coloured her with Distress Markers, I soooooooo lurve these. I'm still trying to get hair right........that was always something I found easy with copics lol.
The frame of course is Spellbinders 'Floral Ovals'. I also added dots using a Pearl Pen.

The gorgeous papers are Graphic 45 'Secret Garden' & I inked all the edges with walnut distress ink & also distressed them a little. I've also added 'Cheese Cloth' between the 2 layers. The rolled flower I made with my Marianne die & added a coloured pearl inside.

Well I think thats it from peeps but why not join us in our challenge, there is still a week left. All of my DT buddies have made AMAZING cards.........I love these girls they are super talented & so inspirational!!

I will be round to see you a various times when I can in between decorating. Thank you soooooo much for stopping by it means the world to me.

My Crafty Heart DT Card

Hello my lovelies how are you all? Sorry I wasn't around over the weekend I spent the weekend with my family & my youngest son's mate stopped on Saturday night as well. On saturday afternoon though for those that are not on my facebook, I got to have my very first cuddle of my grandson wooooooo hoooooooooo.........it was seventh heaven. He's doing really well & I will post some updated pics this week.

Anyhoo's I have a christmas card today with goodies from My Crafty Heart & another of the new LOTV stamps..........love these!!
I've used my favourite christmas pad from last year, only have a couple of pages left so need more of this!! The paper is the gorgeous MME 'Lost & Found Christmas', love the vintage-y colours in this pad.

I inked the edges with walnut & machine stitched all the papers. The gorgeous snowflake border os of course MB 'Frostyville Border' which was from MCH but I cant seem to find it :0(

This is a christmas card that I will be sending out so I've kept it minimal to put in an envelope to make it cheaper. It will be cheaper as normally all of my cards go in boxes lol.
As I didnt decorate inside I added a sentiment & stamped the image, well half of it lol, in Brown Memento.

The ribbon is East Of India ribbon & I soooooo love this one, its a lovely fabric ribbon, its lush!!

The stamp is called 'Christmas Goodies' & I coloured her with Distress Markers.........I just love seeing LOTV images done with distress inks/markers. I also added Stardust Stickles on the fur & the snow in places.
For the frame for the image I used one of my favourite dies, Spellbinders 'Floral Oval'.

I added MB 'Snowflake Corner' & added Stickles & dots using a Pearl Pen. The flowers I made using my Marianne die. The sentiment is LOTV 'Christmas Circular Sentiments' which I've had for ages & really are fab to have.

Well thats it from me, a simple christmas card...........simple for me anyway lol. Pop on over to
My Crafty Heart to see what other fabby items Teresa has in her store. The offer of the week at the moment is £1 off all Prima Mixed Media Dolls, I have to say these are fabulous!! Also there are reductions on the 'Die-Versions' dies, so another excuse to go shopping, off you pop ;0)

Thank you for popping in it means a lot.
