Pink Hugs & Kisses

Hello everyone, its Saturday so that means its my turn to show you some inspiration over on the Live & Love Crafts Blog for Sandy's delicious theme for us DT Girls of 'Pink, Pearls & Lace'.........thats just so yummy & some of my favourite things.

Although in real life I'm not a pink person...........but I do like pink cards, strange isn't it what we like in cards we don't necessarily like in real life.

Ok stop babbling Vicky!! I'm hushing my buttons now & I'm just gonna show you my card ;-)

I have used the utterly gorgeous & yummy Pion Paris Flea Market papers, oh my goodness these really are sooooooooo pretty!! I have of course machine stitched them as my sewing machine is now set up in my new craft room............soooooo much stuff to still unpack......I have to search for stamps :-(

I have added a Charm & Clay Heart, love these to bits & like to have quite a stock of them lol. I have a tag with a Lovehanger & shabby seam binding..........

This shows you the inside & a better view of the papers before I add a place on it to write ;-)

Now on Wednesday I put in an order for some dies from the Noor Design UK shop, I lurve Tracy's shop...... Anyway I ordered them just after 12 noon & my postie man delivered them the very next day, hows that for fast service...........Tracy thank you so much sweetie mmwah.

I have coloured a Magnolia stamp with distress inks & markers & fussy cut her to put on this postcard which also come from the Pion Paris Flea Market collection, as do the added little Postage Stamps in the corner there. I distressed them a little & inked with Walnut distress ink.

Can you see the 'Hugs & Kisses' die-cut, that was done with a Joy Crafts die from Tracy's shop.

Of course there's yummy lace & a whole string of pearls across the card. The sentiment is of course from the fabulous Stempleglede 'Just A Note' stamp set.

Hello everyone how you all? Oooh its Saturday tomorrow which means............yay its the weekend...........insert happy shaky booty dance right.........HERE ;-)

Ok Vicky stop shaking booty & show these lovely people why you are here.

Ok well its to show you a card with one of Krista's beeeautiful images on..........yeah they are all beautiful arn't they? This one however was only available in rubber & guess what.............yep its now in DIGITAL!!!!!!!!! Insert another happy dance wooo hooooo.

I lurved this stamp & so as soon as Krista sent it to me welllllllll I just had to.........yep HAD TO print her out & colour her right in...........it was the RIGHT thing to do ;-) lol.

I lurve her hair...........dont you........please give me this hair, I dont even care what colour!

I have coloured her with distress inks & markers.

The yummy papers are the new Pion Paris Flea Market 'Pink Fabric 6x6' & as you can see they have been machine stitched...........yep it means my sewing machine is all set up again woooo hoooo.

I did also distress the papers but only a tiny bit. I also added corrugated cardboard & smothered some Gesso on............of course lol.

This little border is also from the same Pion Collection. The laces are from LLC, Ive nearly ran out of this gorgeous pink one :-(

Everything on this card except the button in the middle of the gorgeous ribbon bow & maybe the key charm are all from Live & Love Crafts. The corner die you can get form Noor Design UK, here is the die used. Its been neglected for sooooooo long :-(

You can of course get this fabulous image & another 4 with her, that's right so you will get 5 images, all you have to do is go right to Krista's shop & purchase the 'Spring Pack' & all the 5 images that were in rubber are now in digi. 

So you can resize them or mirror them or crop them, just DONT alter them. If in any doubt contact Krista, its always better to get permission off the artist if you are unsure. Or look up the TOU's.

Ok I think I've babbled on for quite enough now dont you? Please dont answer that lol.

Well I will be back to bug you again tomorrow, I will try my best to refrain from shaking my booty lol.

Collall All Purpose Glue At Fabulous Prices

Hi everyone, how are you all?

Now I know a lot of crafters like me lurve..........I mean LURVE Collall All Purpose Glue but we are finding the 1 litre bottles hard to find at a price thats right. Well after much.....MUCH searching from myself & my uber faberoony hubster we have found an amazing store that sells this glue & man MANY others at amazing prices. Not only do they sell the 1 litre bottles but they sell the 5 litre bottles & if you are like me I like to have plenty of stock in...........well what crafter likes to run out of the important things that we need & use when we craft.

Collall 1 Litre Glue for less than £10 + p&p = BARGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

Collall 5 Litre Glue for less than £30 + p&p = BARGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok you are gonna want to know where to get this from dont you........well I will tell you. Come closer then............

The store is called Opitec & their website is here if you click on this it will take you straight to the Collall Glue. They are based in Germany but have headquarters in the UK as well. Now although all products come from Germany they only take 3-5 days to get to your door.

Now I've had quite a few things from Germany in the past & I really can vouch for their fast delivery..........its better than ours lol.

You can order from their German site which has more products apparently, this is what the lady told my hubster just 10 minutes ago. The Germany site is the more up to date site as they are still updating their UK one. On their UK one it asks what school/firm you are ordering for but they actually sell to the general public, this bit is if you want to become a registered member.

This store is amazing, I have not in anyway been sent any samples or been asked to do this post. I really am telling you all to help you find the glue you want & at the prices you would prefer.

Go over to their store & see the prices for yourself & postage is only £5.90...........even to the UK, unless you order over £250 worth then its free lol. Seriously my lovelies you will love their prices.

Go on over & say Stickywithicky sent you as they didnt realise our crafty world was so big & didnt realise we lurve this stuff & is excellent for our crafty needs.

Thinking About You

Hello everyone how are you all.

Hows the weather where you are? Its freezing here although we've actually had some snow.......if you can call it snow.........more like sugar frosting on a cake!!!!!! GGRRRR

Ok todays card I actually made a couple of weeks ago for a lovely lady who is having a rough time at the mo. I sent her the card about a week ago I think..........the days are kinda merging into each other at the mo lol. Anyway I sent it to her before she went away just to let her know I was thinking of her & her family.

I used a gorgeous Stempleglede stamp, I'm not used to colouring flowers but I thought this stamp was perfect for telling someone you were thinking of them. 

The gorgeous lace is 'Lace Adelaide' from LLC, in fact all the products on this card are from LLC lol. I've also added Pleated Tulle.

This gorgeous stamp is Stempleglede Vintage Garden. I coloured it with distress markers. 

Colours are......

Victorian Velvet

Aged Mahogany

Stormy Sky

Wild Honey

Dusty Concord

Forest Moss & Peeled Paint are the greens. I think these were the colours :/

The tags are Magnolia dies & I stamped sentiments using Stempleglede Just A Note. I attached lace & Vax Cord to each tag & a charm & of course a touch of gesso ;-)

The flowers are from LLC as is the cheesecloth thats under there somewhere lol. I am trying my best to think what papers I used for the card & I think they were Maja Design (my fave) Vintage Autumn Basics 6x6 pad......I think :/ Of course inside was decorated to compliment the front as always the papers would have been stitched.

Well thats it from me I have a crafting day ahead of me today as I've a DT card to do & a few orders & tomorrow we start decorating conservatory woo hoo.

Happy Birthday Hubster

Hello everyone hope you all had a fabby weekend, I definately did. I lurve weekends as the whole family spend time together, my favourite part of the week.

Ok so today is my hubby's birthday...........Happy Birthday Darling, loves you loads babe mmwah xxxxxxxxxx

So of course I made a male card, well dont think he wouold appreciate a girly one or flowers on his card........ I would get some strange looks off him lol. Now as you know the craft room is on a move etc........so this was a rush make last night oops!!

I tend to shy away form male cards..............although I do have one I made a few weeks ago before the move I still havn't shown you.............I will put it on this week ;-)

I used MME 'Lost & Found Breeze' I lurve this pad, one of my faves for male cards......really need find more.

Inside is decorated to compliment the front. Of course I added a banner to the bottom. The verse I wrote after of course ;-)

The image is form the paper pack as well, I just turned it into the main image lol. The metal tag thing is from my stash.

I added a banner along the top & cut it into a flag at the end & then punched holes & added string from my stash.

Well thats it form me wuick & simple today as I've got now go take Natalie to an appointment & then I'm cooking a meal for the whole family.
