CES Challenges DT Cards........yep double trouble today lol

Hello my lovelies how are you all? This post is scheduled as its now really 01.49am Saturday morning & I'm scheduling this before I go to bed, my darling princess has been some what of a bugga tonight & only just gone sleep & stopped screaming........I love nights like this lol. Anyway I will blast through for you.

Today sees a new challenge over at CES Challenges & this weeks theme is

MILESTONES..........18th, 21st, 40th, 60th etc

I have made 2 cards...........a bit different to what I normally do, but it is me & I like to have a change lol.

I dont normally do flowers but I got a couple from Just Inklined for people who prefer this type of thing.

This image is 'HoneySuckle' & the papers are Prima 'Londonerry'

Image is coloured with Copics

Decorated inside to compliment the front

The image on this is 'Magnolia' & the paper is Prima 'Alla Prima'

Image is coloured with Copics & fussy cut & put on foam pads.

Inside decorated to compliment the front & bottom corners cut with my corner punch.

Lace, ribbon, all card from my stash.

Quite simple cards really for those that prefer these kind lol.............I personally prefer all my foofy bits lol.

Simply Limited Edition Sassy...........

Hello my lovelies bet you didnt expect me back again tonight. Well as you know my new stamps came yesterday & its very rare I ink up stamps as soon as they come but tonight I decided that this beauty would make for excellent crimbo cards............quick ones if I can stick to clean & simple lol.....& I'm sooooooo far behind!!!

This is 'Season's Greetings' by Krista Smith for Simply Sassy

This is canny clean & simple for me isnt it???? lol. I absolutely loved colouring her.....

Used a 6x6 On The Edge card blank, Wooden Snowflake covered with stardust stickles.

Blue gems, lace & ribbon from my stash.

She is of course coloured with my beloved copics.

The paper is Raspberry Road 'Joy Of Christmas' & all edges have been inked with Vintage Photo & matted onto 'Sky Blue' card. The layer underneath the image I embossed with a Cuttlebug Snowflake folder.

The stamp itself is part of the last set of Simply Sassy's to be released from Funky Kits, nearly every set I've brought I've got it on the launch weekend as you always get 1 free......bargain I think but this time you got 2 free.......now that is a bargain & this one is a Limited Edition stamp for launch weekend only. I could NOT miss that could I????

Anyway the card has been made for the Sugarbowl sketch so I'm off to link up.

Crafts & Me DT Card...........Shabby or Vintage............

Helloooooo my lovelies how are you all? Well I had busy day yesterday so barely got any commenting done so went bed at 12 & got up 3.30 this morn & caught up lol.........I actually thought it was 4.30 but then realised I still hadnt put my phone clock back an hour...........I havnt in my car or the van either lol....

Anyway its time for a new challenge over at Crafts & Me Challenges & its the Rubbah Girlz this week & the fabby theme as chosen by lovely Karina issssssssssssssssss

SHABBY CHIC OR VINTAGE

I love this theme to be honest & I've done a card with NO colouring......none wat-so-ever!!!!

This is 'Lily' by Stampsmith & I got this pretty little girl from Crafts & Me Store....... I'm doing well thats another un-inked stamp inked up & used........yayyyy me!!!

I absolutely love black & white photo's so this was perfect for the challenge........she is certainly vintage looking.

All paper, card, flowers etc have had a good splodging with Gesso. The paper is 12x12 Pink Paislee which I've had for about a year.

I stamped the image onto glossy photo card with stazon & then heat embossed it with UTEE

Flowers are from WOC except the large flower at the bottom. Wooden leaves painted with white Gesso.  Everything else is from my stash

Well thats it from me I'm gonna make hubster a cuppa as he has took Jake school for me.....I'm starving as well so really need some brekkie lol............

Autumn Indian..............

Helloooooo my lovelies how are yas today? Hope ya all fine & dandy.... I had a big smile put on my face this morn do ya wanna know why??? I saw the Coca-Cola crimbo advert, you know the one with the truck!! We get quite excited when we see that cus we know santie is on his way lol......its something we've watched for for years...........I know some may find it sad but we love the simple things lol.

Anyhoo onto my card & todays card is for a challenge I've been wanting to join in to but with having a break & then getting back into the swing blah blah blah lol.....anyway I'm here now lol........

Yes its another Saturated Canary image.....well it is for Krista's challenge......which is 'Autumn'

This is 'Indian Girl' isn't she just soooo pretty!! You also get the little Indian Boy when you buy the set, I will colour him another time as he is so darn cute!!

Papers are Websters Pages & all have been inked with vintage photo distress ink & matted onto dark brown card. The clock is from my Tim Holtz die which has only took me 2 months to use........I forget about things.......I think its a medical condition you know.........

Pretty Indian Girl is of course coloured with Copics.........I will try remember the colours & add them later.

Her skin was done with E13 E11 E00 & hair was the warm greys.......

The 'Wooden Leaves' I dabbed with Vintage Photo DI

Seam binding ribbon & flowers from my stash. Sentiment is a whimsy stamp & die.

An Angel Flying in to see you all.....................

Hello my lovelies how are you all? I want to welcome my new followers & say THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH for being here ((((((waving madly))))))........ I have a little maggie for you today..........its not very often I dig my Tilda's out but this is a stamp I won about a year ago, thank you sweetie, & only finally now got round to inking her........yes I know I am bowing my head in absolute shame............

This is 'Angel Flying Tilda' & she has flew especially to see you all...........

Now this wee angel is actually mirroed off me..........you are wondering where my halo is arn't you??? Well you see that thing slipped a long LONG time ago.........but its ok I wear it as a belt now........lol!!

The gorgeous wooden star/crystal lol I heat embossed with white & silver embossing powder.

Mini blossoms & poinsettia are from Crafty Emma's Store & all the rest are from WOC. The poinsettia I removed the stamens & added an acrylic pearl.

The Pine Tree Branch underneath I brought ages ago but then only found it yesterday whilst having a root through the mess I call my hobbit........ Everything had a smothering of Stardust Stickles.

The pretty Tilda was of course coloured with Copics list of colours is below....

Dress - E43 E41 E40

Hair - E29 E35 E31

Wings - BOOOO & stardust sticles.

Behind her I heat embossed a Magnolia sentiment onto vellum in white & silver embossing powder then overstamped in places & used a clear embossing powder. Then attached using some jump rings from my jewellery stash.

The paper is Websters Pages & they have been inked with vintage photo DI & matted onto kraft card.

The cream bow is actually a christmas decoration I got in the sales in January, I got 12 for 25p & they are a beautiful velvet type fabric.......bargain eh lol. Inside I have left plain so its white throught the vellum, I have stamped Tilda again in the corner tho in brown memento.

Well thats all from me but before I go I would like to say a MAHOOSIVE THANKYOU to Krista for spotlighting me on the Saturated Canary Challenge blog........my face beamed when I saw it there........honestly the glow around me was like I had eaten ready brek.........you know the adverts with the orange glow around their bodies lol....... Pink Punkette.............

Hello my lovelies I'm very late today lol. Thank you for the get well wishes regarding my wrist its getting better slowly..........I am struggling to colour tho. I have made a card tho yayyyy luckily I do have a lot of images already coloured up. This is another gorgeous image by Krista over at Saturated Canary & I coloured her a couple of weeks ago at the time when I was trying new colour combo's............

This gorgeous pretty thing is 'Pink Punkette'..........

Isn't she just sooooo pretty I absolutely love her hair even tho its not long & flowing its just as awesome.

Papers are a mixture so here goes........... bottom layer is Raspberry Road - Fight Like A Girl, which let me tell you is absolutely beautiful!!!!

The striped one is Basic Grey I think.....

The top one with the tiny pink flowers is V&A Hanoverian, I think its oldish, I think lol.

All have been matted onto pale grey A4 card & paper edges were distressed with Versamagic 'Sahara Sand' chalk ink.

All flowers were from Crafty Emma's Store, large pink 1 has been sprayed with matt white florist spray.

Sentiment I think is Whimsy.

Image has been coloured with Copics, I will try to find the list of colours tomorrow.....I do have it............somewhere......lol.

Pearls, lace & ribbon from my stash. Corner cut out using Marianne die & bunting cut out using WOJ die, not sure where the spotty paper is from. Butterflies punched out with mini punch.

Well thats it from me I'm off for a shower before beddy byes but I will catch up with you all tomorrow.

A CAS Crimbo card..........yeah I know me & CAS arrrgghhhh

Hello my lovelies bit later today. Firstly I want to welcome my new followers & say thank you soooo much for joining me big hugs to you all.

Secondly I want to say sorry as I'm really behind on my commenting I've not done any today yet. My right wrist is sooooo painful, the doc says she thinks I have inflamation in the tendons so if it doesnt settle I've got go have it xrayed. So typing is very slow & last night it was so sore I couldnt even craft. So I thought I would show you a CAS crimbo card I made the other day.

Now you know me & CAS are not great together.......I like all my poofy things to tart it up a bit lol. Still not sure about this card but I'm gonna show ya anyway cus me loves ya lol....

WOW..........I find these sooooooooo hard to do!!!

The paper is 'Country Christmas' by Raspberry Road, yeah I went shopping the other day lol, well a girl's gotta do what a girls gotta do!!! hee hee 

The A4 card used for matting was actually my last sob sob.......need to find more cus it has a lovely sheen to it. The sentiment is a freebie from Bizzy Becs which I got...........a while ago I think lol.

Pearls, pearl & gold button & chiffon ribbon are from my stash. Cut corners out using a cuttlebug die thing.

My next 2 piccies are of my gorgeous Boxer Bailey.

These I took the other day we were sitting in the conservatory & the camera was right next to me so I clicked away lol. This is how he sits a lot of the time, he is actually watching tv would you believe lol.

He really is a character........a big cuddly soft one at that. (psst excuse the mess, I have crafting stuff on the table where I was colouring lol & paint tubs in the corner as the bungalow is getting a make-over in time for santie lol.

Well I'm away now for a hop I will get round to you all but my comments will be short for now lol. I am gonna try to craft later so wish me luck lol........my stocking is on my wrist & I'm stinking of deep heat lol.

Christmas Eve Mermaid...........

Hello my lovelies how are you all? Well I took my youngest Jake school this morn he looked soooooooo smart........they had new uniforms in september & they have to now wear blazers, Jake was dreading it. However with the very small children & the very tall ones they had problems with the blazers so it was friday when he finally got his. Jake is tall & has quite a stocky build, he could pass for a bouncer you see at doors when he wears a black jacket lol. So I took him school looking very smart but rather unhappy, he has a maths exam today & also he thinks he looks like a 'plonker' lol.

Anyway its my card for Crafts & Me store blog today & I REALLY need to get a crack on crimbo cards & I went into the hobbit & found this image. I coloured her & glittered her& the poinsettia's just before my break but then completely forgot about her........so here she is now finally on a card.

This is 'Christmas Eve Mermaid' by the fabulous Hannah Lynn exclusive to Crafts & Me Store, I coloured her the same colours as Hannah had for hers.

Lace, velvet ribbon & snowflake charm are all from my stash.

Instead of decorating the inside to match the front I have lined the back with another sheet of card so it feels as strong as the front.....the fronts always feel stronger cus they have so many layers on them. I've then added a sheet of thick paper & part-stamped the image & then added a sentiment. Hopefully it will save me time instead of decorating inside.........unless for family & special ones if you know what I mean.

I coloured her with Copics..........not sure of colours tho. The sky I actually forgot about til I had made my card & then last minute I stuck my finger into some 'Metallic Rub-On' & rubbed it in the background.

Materials used were........ Websters Pages christmas papers, edges inked with Vintage Photo......, matted on top of 'Olive Green' A4 Card, altho they only seem to have the paper I think now.

Suede feeling A4 card for the card base.

2 red poinsettia flowers covered in glass glitter & a gold pearl added to the centre, I removed the stamen thingy's.........my techincal term for things lol.

The holly& cherries was a crimbo decoration thing from last year from Wilkinsons.

Saturated Canary............Nevaeh.......

Hello all you lovely people how are you? Are you all enjoying your weekend? Well I'm back with another of Krista Smith's fabulous images.........I did warn you will be seeing a lot more lol..........I do have a different image for you tomorrow tho lol.
The card today is very much different to yesterday, a lot simpler but still with a beautiful image.
This is Nevaeh by the fabulous Krista Smith

Quite a simple card for me dont ya think lol.

Isnt she sooooo pretty. You can of course get her in the Saturated Canary Etsy shop here.

I've used 1 layer of White Web ribbon on the bottom & a layer of  Raffia Lace Ribbon & a strip of DP on top splodged with some acrylic paint & very light pink pearls from my stash.

The DP's are all Echo Park & I have used 6x6 card blank & pink rose all from Crafty Emma's Store.

Bottom layer had white acrylic splodged around the edge & the pink spotty papers & pink rose got sprayed with Oasis matt spray it just gives a softer look to things its a very delicate spray, the pink paper has been sprayed more than once would you believe.

A close-up of this beauty, she is of course coloured with Copics but she has been coloured up for couple of weeks so didnt write the colours down......sorry peeps. White paint splodged around edge of image & punched the edge with my notebook punchy thing lol.

Grey A4 card used for matting from my stash & both sentiments are Whimsy & I used the postage die to cut them out. I love Whimsy sentiments lol.
