White christmas with Hannah Lynn



Hello peeps I'm running soooooooo late today........this christmas malarky has got me doolally......can you believe we have less than 2 weeks!!!!!!!!! ARRGGGHHHHH.......yep I'm starting to panic!!!

Anyway altho I have a lot of crimbo stamps & images I like stamps that can be used ALL year round....not just for certain occasions. So this year I've been using every day images as well for christmas cards.....having a bit of a play & to be honest I think you could prob use most images for most occasions.

I coloured her in red to make it look like a little santy outfit lol........I've still to add a sentiment but I cant decide which one & who its going to lol. I've used no designer papers on this at all.

Kept everything white & glittery to reflect winter & snow but with a touch of red to represent father christmas lol.

Baby's First Christmas..........

Hello my lovelies friends how are yas all? Fine & dandy I hope but those poorly I wish you all better real soon.

Well today I have another crimbo card that I did the other day I have used another Mo Manning digi. I decided to look through my digi folder the other day & OMW  I have soooo many that I still havnt used so my aim is to try use them as well as my stamps. This image I brought last year but never got the chance to use it :0(

This is for my cousin's baby, she had her first baby the day after the lovely Emma had Olivia so this is his first crimbo........

Isnt he just sooooooooo adorable I could pick him up & just wrap him in love & snuggles....

The papers are again the gorgeous Websters Pages I love the colourful snowflakes on the top layer.

White gel pen on the bauble for the look of light reflection & them smothered it in glossy accents.

Pennants cut with Whimsy die.

Now I dont seem to have time to look at any challenges just lately I only just about find time to do commenting...when internet plays nicely lol but I did spy Mo's challenge of banners & flags...........I think anyway so thats where this is going lol.

Right I'm off to finish the nursery its needed that many undercoats as the previous people in there painted it purple.....yuk it was awful today we go to put the final coats on then I'm doing a big teddy on 1 wall..................I will show you that bit when its done as it will be taken from a stamp.

Hello all my lovelies how are you all?

Megan saw the midwife & baby is doing fine its 3/5ths down so bubs is getting ready....its what me & Craig call baby lol.... Craig seems to think bubs will come early well we all do but Craig is that certain he has wrote the dat on the calender.......he thinks it will come on the 20th December.....well we'll see lol.

Anyway enought of my rambling today sees a new challenge over at CES Challenges & this week the challenge is................A TRADITIONAL CHRISTMAS

I took it to mean traditional colours so thats the route I went lol.......altho Santie has elves & this elf is just the cutest lol............

Yes its another flat one........blah blah blah.....lol

This is 'Lil Elf Mim' by the talented Mo Manning.............look how cute she is.....

Of course you can get this cutie from Mo's Digital Pencil.

Papers used are the gorgeous Websters Pages crimbo papers, papers have had edges inked with vintage photo & matted onto red & also sage card.

She is of course coloured with copics & I've added glossy accents to the bauble.

Gypsy Dancer - Saturated Canary...............

Howdy doody everyone, how are you all? I hope the weather is not too bad where ever you are here in the North its really bad........I think Scotland are getting it even worse bless them. The winds are so bad I usually go along a dual carriage way to pick my son up from school cus its about 5 miles away, however I went the other way to avoid it as the winds were really bad on the van with it being higher.

Well I've not been around much today on the internet had a few apointments & probs with internet AGAIN!! So we have gone with a new provider today but it will take 11 days before we go live with them, so we have to put up with the rubbish we have til then grrrrrrrrrrr........

Anyway I made a card the other day so I thought I would show it to you as I've not done any crafting today but I got a few made earlier this week.............

The gorgeous image is 'Gypsy Dancer' isn't her hair fabulous & those that know me know that I luuurrrvve hair...........so this I loved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Papers are from Nitwits' Heavenly Too' & all the edges have been inked with Vintage Photo & matted onto kraft card.

I used MS punch for the edge of the kraft card & inked the edge.

Cork tiles I made myself

She has of course been coloured with Copics but I cant remember which ones I know for her hair I think I used E18 E15 E11

I used quite a few different blues on the dress

Flowers are from Crafty Emma's Store & ribbon, lace, pearls & the thingy's coming out the flowers are all from my stash.

Well its only took me an hour to do this post.........not bad lol.........altho I have tried 3 times tonight to do it.

Crafts & Me DT Card.............Winter brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Hello all my lovelies how are you? Its freezing up here in the North but thankfully not as cold as yesterday. I took my son school yesterday morning & going along I put my window washer on to clear the windscreen & the water froze as soon as it hit the window..........couldn't hardly see out & in a big van thats not good. Luckily I was only a few yards from leaving mine so I was able get a jug of warm water & defrost it lol.

Well today sees a fabby new challenge over at CRAFTS &ME & this week the lovely Angela has chosen the theme which is...................WINTER - snow/snowflakes

I decided to use a stamp that is not actually a crimbo image but I think she suits all types of cards & of course she has wings & Im a sucker for my angels/fairies....

I love this image she is so beautiful. I decided to break out my distress inks but I have ran out of my usual watercolour paper I use & found this, dont know who its by as it no longer has a cover......wish I knew tho cus its crap!!!!!!!! It really is rubbish & made using the inks really hard & after I had finished I didnt like the end result but didnt have time to redo with copics :0( so excuse colouring..........

Its another simple flat card for crimbo posting..............I tell ya these are killing me if only postage was cheaper!!!!!!!!! 

Ingredients are;

Image is 'Turn To Hesed' by Sara Burrier exclusive only for Crafts & Me, coloured with distress inks & wings covered in stardust stickles

Wooden Snowflake I heat embossed with white & silver powder.

Papers are Websters Pages & edges inked with Vintage Photo & matted onto kraft card & then onto a 6x6 card blank.  Winter sentiment stamp which I recently found in my mess I call a craft room lol. Pine tree branch cut out of white card & edged with a touch of vintage photo.

Pearls, gems, ribbon & ribbon slider all from my stash.

Princess Who Kissed A Frog mmwah - Saturated Canary Challenge

Hello my lovelies how are you all? First of all I would like to say a huge sorry for not getting around blogs at all today & only managed a few yesterday..........my internet is now driving me.........BALD.....yep blooming BALD.......we are having a nightmare. I ordered my lushious new images from Krista & I got them sent & I managed to get on AOL this morn...........yeah, I still havnt downloaded them all it took me an hour to do 2.............hubster ringing tomorrow & unless they do something swift we are cancelling & I will go back to AOL!!!!!!!! Having crappy internet is NOT good with a teenager in the house.......not quite sure what made me bald.............mmmmm was it Jake or was it Talk Talk..........arrggghhhhh.

Right tantrum out the way, dummy is back in my mush....... Cus I've had no internet such a lot I have had time to finally get on with projects........my diggish one I'm half way thru........yay get me lol.

I have however got Natalie's Trinket Box finally finished this morning.............yep took me til now to take piccy's as I knew I couldnt get on my blog....shall I just show you & stop moaning........

Now I made this for the Saturated Canary Challenge as this one is Anything Goes (yeah including my darn internet), ooohhh dont ya just love it when you can set your imagination free.........lol

This beautiful image is 'Princess Who Kissed A Frog' by the lovely Krista Smith at Saturated Canary.......coloured with copics but she was coloured a few days ago & I forgot to write them down........sorrrryyyyyy.

I fussy cut her out & cut off her frog.........he hasnt croaked it honest.......just ermmmm.....fell into the trash!

I then glued her onto a Marianne cut out die thingy.....(technical term)

Paper is 12x12 'Strawberry Plaid' by Magnolia........its gorgeous, the cream flower & the Gem thingy-ma-jigs(technical term again)on the front are also from Magnolia.

The other flowers are from Crafty Emma's  

The wee ickle gems & lace is from my stash. The box I've had for over a year, yes I have loads of ultrables & it takes me forever to get them done........my brain is over-loaded I'm tellin ya..............

All paper edges were inked with Vintage Photo & so were the flutterbies, which were also cut out using my punch..........taaaa daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.

Yayyyyyy I got my post done woooooo friggin hoooooooo.....soz about moi french oops!!

Hello my lovelies how are you all? Quickie post today as I'm decorating my grandchilds nursery today while Craig fixes their drive gates......we had really bad winds & its broken the catch so they keep swinging open onto Bens car.

Anyway its time for a new challenge over at CES Challenges today & this week its the lovely Donna's turn to set the theme, which issssssssssssssssss...........

Yep as long as it has a bear on then we want to take a peekskie at it.

I have used another of my latest LOTV stamps............mojo has run off tho I'm afraid!!!!

Arnt these bears such cuties!!! I have used 'Special Delivery' from lotv.

Fancy Pants 'Baby Mine' papers, Card Candy, Bakers Twine & 6x6 Scalloped Card Blank are all from Crafty Emma's Store.

Image was coloured with Copics & then heat embossed with a layer of clear embossing powder.

Dark Brown A4 card is from Papermill Direct & the ribbon saying 'Hello Baby' is from my stash which I've had for sooooooooo long.

Lovely lovely Lilies

Hello my lovelies how are you all? Well I have a LOTV card for you tonight I brought these last week, I tried to resist as long as I could but............well ya know how it goes lol.

Tonights card is a shaped card, the image I coloured up a few days ago just before kiddo's got poorly.

I fancied a break from making crimbo cards.........will be glad when they are all done tbh lol. When I popped to my fabby DT buddy Claire's blog to see her LOTV creation I saw their challenge which is 'Anything But A Christmas Card'..........well it was meant to be..............lol

I used my Grand Calibur to make the shape of the card, it was hidden in the corner & been neglected!!

I have used Pink shimmer A4 card for the base.

I think all the flowers are from WOC, the leaf die is a Magnolia Doohickey

The beautiful image is 'Lovely Lilies', she has been coloured with Copics.........sorry about the sky its not showing up very well on the piccy!!

The paper is Websters Pages. The lace is from my stash. The butterfly is a punch & I've heat embossed it with mothers day pink powder & added a few pink gems to the body. The sentiment is also LOTV which you can get here...........I love their sentiments......you can never have too many neither lol.

Well thats it I'm off to do a LOT of catching up thanks to my internet connection being lost tonight so couldnt get online at all :0( Hubster fixed it tho bless him....

A quick christmas card & my tree is up woooo hoooooo

Hello my lovelies how are you all? Well its nearly the end of november, in the uk lol. Are you ready for crimbo? (crimbo means christmas I never put 'xmas' cus its an ugly word for such a beautiful time)

Anyway today I have my tree up it takes hours to do as each branch is individual & I'm a fussy bugga lol.
Anyway I've made a quickie card, flat for an envelope & to keep postage low as there are so many to send out............these simple ones kill me I tell ya lol.
Sorry for the piccies I didnt bother setting my stuff up

This is 'Let It Snow' by Sylvia Zet at Wee Stamps. This is the digi version. I love these images but always forget I have them.......

She is of course coloured with Copics but she's been coloured up for about a week & I cant remember the colours sorry peeps. I have added stardust stickles to her fur & the snow I used flock.

The papers I think are MME they are 12x12 papers from last year. The edges have been heat embossed with white & silver & then matted onto kraft card. Cut out a silver snowflake & added a poinsettia to the centre & few gems & thats it.

The card I just did for fun & to send out so its not for any challenges.

Yes here is my tree, I luuuurrrrvvvve my tree but I cannot get a decent piccy of it its so hard to photo.

These do not do it justice but never mind lol I'm getting into the crimbo spirit now lol.

We've put it up in the conservatory this year cus we do spend most of out time in there. Jake normally has the living room for him & his mates play on the xbox lol.

Well thats enough of my natter I will go now. I will hopefully be back tomorrow with a card that is more me............psst sorry about tonights card.

Sorry for being MIA.....I'm Back with BARGAINS!!!!

Hello my lovelies how are you all? I'm so sorry I've been missing in action the last few days & not been around to see you I have had ill kiddo's. Natalie had a really bad seizure so she has been really ill, I had time send a quick e-mail yesterday & thats it........I even missed Krista's sale at Saturated Canary :0( I wanted all the ones I didnt have....... but kiddies come first of course. Anyway she is a lot better now thank goodness & is lying with her quilt over her watching princess diaries.........her favefilm. Also my son has not been well & we ended up taking him the docs, he was out playing football on sunday night with his friend & fell over & banged his chest...........yep cracked ribs!!!!!! So he is VERY sore at the mo & off school......if anyone gonna do anything it will be Jake lol.....

Anyway I also wanted to let you know about a couple of bargains I've found this morning.....ya know crimbo shopping.......these are not craft related tho peeps....

1st off if anyone has a teenage daughter who loves her brand names........what kid doesnt lol, mine all do.

Anyway I've been wanting to get Natalie the Superdry Windcheater Jacket with the pink writing they are between £55-£65 but I got an e-mail this morning from a shop we shop at sometimes & they are on special for £40 how fab is that.........here is the link

Now the next one is a disability shop which I've just found........Natalie is soooooo hard to buy for as altho she is 19 she has a mind of a 3 month old baby........anyway we decided to get her some new lights cus she luuurrrrvvvves lights of all kinds. She especially loves the Sensory Light System, they average about £400 & over to buy...........well I found an excellent shop which does some disablility toys & aids cheaper than others. The lights we have managed to get for Natalie were just £99.99.........how brill is that here is the link if you know anyone who is disabled or anyone who just loves lights to be honest........I ended up getting a few things from there I was just so pleased.............so now me & Craig cant wait see Natalie's face at christmas cus she really does love these lights.........wooooo hoooooooo.

May Joy Fill Your Home This Christmas

Hello my lovelies, how are you all? Do ya know I love crimbo but the lead up to it drives me insane there is always sooooo much to do & think of & with the baby due just after crimbo its all hands on deck making sure we have everything. Ben & Megan finally agreed on a pram so me & Craig can now get that ordered.........we are getting it straight from the manufacturer instead of Mothercare as I will get a free car seat for them worth £115 which also clips onto the pram.........hows that for a bargain!!!!

Anyhoo as time is rather limited & I have soooo many crimbo cards to do I thought I better make more simple ones with no colouring involved........

Simple & easy............not at all!!!!!!! These prove sooooo much harder for me cus I pansy around far too much trying so many different ways lol.

Now the idea behind these cards is that they will go into an envelope.........yes then Vicky goes & puts a big ruddy bow on it.............dont figure lol.... Yep I was at the back at the queue when they dished out brain cells..........tbh I dont even think I joined the queue........I would of been dancing around like a fairy somewhere lol.

Love this ribbon I got it from a shop on ebay with a load of others. I attached a blue poinsettia to the centre & then made a pretty pin from my jewellery stash to add a bit of bling.

The papers are from last year & I heat embossed all the edges with white & silver powder & matted onto kraft card. The sentiment is from here & I inserted it into this frame here which I got last year & cut them all out with my nesties, added a few blue gems & bobs your auntie........lol

Inside has been decorated simply.
