Look!!!! I've crafted yaaayyyyyyaaayyyyy..........

Hello again my lovelies how are you all? Well I've nearly done 1 wall of bricks, got about 20 to do tomorrow then onto the other wall & then finish painting the graffiti lol. I do suffer a bit at night but its self inflicted so I wont complain as it really is my own fault.

It seems to be taking ages catch up with you all & tonight I know I shouldnt as I have commenting to catch up with but this image has been coloured for sooooo long & I thought he would be perfect for the Teddy Bo challenge. So here is my creation.....

Now as most of you know I dont really do teddies but that I love love LOVE Teddy Bo/Bea they are just the cutest bears in the world......seriously!!!

They want anything other than a card so I've made a door hanger as I thought this image was perfect for this & I havnt made one since last year.

I've done a pocket again on my door hanger to hide the tag when not in use & also to put in any notes you may want to leave when they are not available............after all Teddy Bo is a very busy chap!!!

This gorgeous fella & the grass have been coloured with Copics.I've used chalk for his cheeks & the sky.

Sorry he has been coloured a while so cannot remember the colours I'm afraid.

The tag says 'Do Not Disturb' when you take it out of the pocket.....quite appropriate for the image, I thought it suited him well lol.

Well I better say tatty bye now Jake is complaining of really bad pain in his side so I'm to get him painkillers & a hot water bottle if he wants one.

An update with some cute puppy photo's

Good morning my lovelies no card I'm afraid as I've still not had time to craft. I did 2 12 hour shifts on Jake's bedroom Friday & Saturday & then ended up in bed yesterday so didnt get a thing done & my lappy & crafting has been really neglected. I am getting round to everyone slowly.....very slowly so bare with me I will get there......I'm doing it in bursts in between other things lol.

Anyway the puppies are now 2 weeks old so hubby & Jake took photo's yesterday so I thought I would show you the little cutie's. I cant believe how well mum is doing, they are getting so big she's doing a fabulous job looking after them all....

I think this one is catching flies............lol.

They are getting so big & WHEN they are awake they now have their eyes open bless 'em.

Yesterday they were even trying to do a little growl in their sleep, I didnt hear them as I was stuck in my bed.....yes I'm a stubborn bugga but when it comes to doing stuff for my family I will put that before anything lol.

What doesnt help is cus Jake loves his energy drinks, Monster & Relentless lol.........I think it helps him play on his computers for longer cus he certainly doesnt use that much energy lol.

Anyway as a lot of you know I got him graffitti wallpaper for his room for 2 of his wall. Well Jake has designed his own graffiti to go on 1 wall & he wants a brick look wall in grey so guess who is painting individual bricks on his walls..........yep moi, not painted bricks before but up to now it is looking ok still more shading to do on them & still the rest of the wall to do & then the wall on the other side. I've also had to transfer his graffiti sign to the top of the wall & now I've got paint each individual thing on that lol.

I thought I would show you the reason I'm so absent the last few days.

Yep this is a close up of the bricks, obviously each one has to be slightly diff as no 2 bricks are ever identical & in a few I have even put cracks.......more shading has to go but they are no where near finished yet.

See I have all this wall to do yet. There is dust all over his consoles & tv & unit from where I sanded the woodwork down before glossing it lol.

His room will hopefully look awesome once its done & perfect for a teenager. Black, grey & white with graffiti...........what teen wouldn't love that lol.

Well I'm off to do some more bricks now will be back to blog hopping later.

CES Challenges DT Card........Woodland Creatures

Good morning all my lovelies how are you all? I hope you are all getting glorious weather where ever you are at the moment. I'm sorry for being absent this week this pain really is a pain in the butt.....well not literally the butt lol. Yesterday however I got fed up & decided to decorate Jake's bedroom as his & Natalie's furniture FINALLY arrived on wednesday after a 2 month wait. So my weekend is decorating but I will get round to you all later I promise peeps.

Well I did actually write this post at 1 this orning but mr blogger did not only not post it but its blooming dissapeared so its a good job I've just come on to check.

So I will try make it quick from here.

Of course its Saturday so that means CES Challenges time & this week the theme is

Woodland Creatures.......boy I struggled with this one.....I do norm do creatures lol.

I found this cutie of an image over at Tiffany's Doodles. It is Owl & Branch I layered 2 branches up & the wol up on foam squares to give it some dimension.

Tim Holta tag been inked with Vintage Photo & staples added to the ribbon for looks.

Papers I've had for ages & only just got round to using them....yes I've slapped my hand.

They are Fancy Pants 'Its the little things' & I've inked them with Vintage Photo & put brown faux stitching all around the edges.

This little cutie has been coloured with Copics & I've added Glossy Accents to her eyes, beak, feet & to the leaves on the branches.

Copics used are E37 E35 E33 E31

MMMMMM the sweet smell of new Rubbah.........

Aloha my lovelies how are you all? Isn't it just sooooo hot here in the uk, we have now got thunder & rain sadly no lightning yet tho :0( hopefully tho it will clear the air a bit.......I hope so. It doesnt help cus for how warm it is & I have to sit with hot water bottle a lot of the time cus I find it gives me a bit of comfort so like now I have 3 fans blowing on me pmsl.

Anyway remember me telling you I had some new rubber from Teresa at Crafts & Me well its not very often I ink up new rubber nearly as soon as I get it, however Hannah Lynn is my favourite artist & I could just colour her in every day I really could. So yesterday as a bit of therapy I sat in bed with me hot water bottle & I put Avatar dvd on & sat colouring in 2 of the new Rubber releases exclusive to Crafts & Me only & due to be released at any time now.........please hurry Teresa I want the others lol.

Anyway as I'm not up to crafting just yet altho I'm hoping to try tonight or tomorrow just instead of taking 3 hours to do a card it may take me about 5 lol. I thought I would show you the images that I've coloured you can see the gorgeous stamps Teresa is bringing to her store.

Now this first image I've altered with my colouring slightly......

This is 'Sweet Selena' mermaid mmmm look at those strawberries dipped in choccy delicious. Anyway she has of course been coloured with Copics. Now her arm she is actually wearing a glove but instead I did a naked arm & where the gloves end I made them to look like long finger nails & of course painted them red. Her fringe is a hlf fringe but instead I just coloured in part of it so it was just a wispy bit coming down & drew in the rest of her eyebrow, I love the look of it actually. I also enhanced her eyes with a dark grey copic as I thought black would be a bit too harsh. You can view the original here.

This one I fell in love with as soon as I saw her over on Hannah Lynn's website & I always hoped Teresa would turn her into rubbah..........& she did yayyyyyyyyyyyyy.

This is 'Genevieve Steampunk Fairy' & I coloured her the same as the original well her hair colour anyway lol. I also gave her make-up to match. Have you noticed they both have green eyes, I just love green eyes....not that I am bias at all cus I have green eyes lol. I havn't done the background yet you will have to wait til this beauty is on a card to see it completed. There are bits of glitter on both images but were really hard to photo this morning.

Thank you everyone for all the messages you have no idea how many times I've had leaky eyes since coming out of hospital you really are fantastic & dont ever let anyone tell any of you different.

I'm back my sweeties.........

Hi my lovely friends how are you all? Hope you are all having a gorgeous weekend wow is it warm & sunny here!! Well as you can tell I am back home now they let me out last night after a wee bit of begging......let me tell ya if it wasn't for my pain I would of even begged on my knees.....but.....well the floor is hard & cold &......well I'm.....well to be honest just blooming lazy.....lol.

Anyway....see my babbling is still here no damage to that........I can hear ya sighing....awww I can even hear sobs of tears lol.

Anyway as I was saying I got let out last night, kinda like on parole lol....they are keeping my bed for 24 hours incase the pain gets too bad & I need go back in.....ya know for the good drugs they give you.....ohhhhh heaven lol.....basically its so I dont have to go through the whole A&E process.

I have Pancreatitis which is either caused by alchohol or gallstones....well the last time I drank anything alcholic was 5 years ago I cant touch the stuff for some reason anymore. So I had a scan & apparently I have loads of gallstones & altho I've had them a few times & not really been that much bother mine have decided to take a different route & go into the Pancreas.....OMG I have never had pain like it....EVER!! For those who have had it you will know!! Its been going on for the last few weeks at least b ut they dont know if its the answer to all of my pain we've just got wait & see. Anyway the other morning the pain had gone into all of my ribs & it felt like I was being crushed, I could barely breathe after 35 mins of putting up with it I collapsed on the passage floor trying go the bathroom & I couldnt get up again & I was begging Craig to ring the ambulance. Craig & the kids were worried sick bless 'em as normally I really do put up with a hell of a lot of pain without a wince but this can bowl over the toughest of people.....WOW!!!

Anyway the long & short of it is I have to have this special scan thing & then they are going to remove my gallbladder.....so now I just have to wait for the NHS to let me know when. I have got to watch what I eat & basically put up with the pain but if it gets too bad go back into hospital where they can administer the gooooooooood drugs lol.......they really should of given me them to bring home with me lol.

I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart soooooo soooooo much for all the messages & e-mails I havnt worked through them yet but I will & I will be round as soon as I can I'm just taking things really slowly & doing things bit by bit.....but I will be round to see you all....I've missed ya all heaps!!

I want to say a BIG HUGE special thank you to my fabulous friend Lisa who let me tell you is an absolute gem she really is.....mmwah loves ya hunni & thank you sooooo sooooo very VERY much hun.

I would also like to say a HUGE sorry to any of my DT teamies for letting you down & I promise to back with you asap my lovelies. Altho I have to say I work on the BEST DT's they are all absolutely fantastic & I could wish to work for & with better people I love you all girls mmwah!!!!

Well I think I've bored you enough now my darlings so I will love ya & leave ya for a bit.... Oh but before I go when I came home I had a fabulous DT package from my lovely boss Teresa.....yes new rubber stamps & OMG.....well if I could I would be dancing they are absolute gorgeous & 1 I've been waiting to be turned to rubber as its......well you will have to wait & see but do keep an eye on the Crafts & Me Store blog to get your sneak peeks..........these you dont want to miss.....I promise you!!!!

Some very sad news

Afternoon peeps....This is lisa. I have just had some really sad news...Vicky has been rushed into hospital.
I think they are keeping her in for a few days. Im not completely sure what is wrong, but i do know she was in alot of pain & was finding it hard to breathe. so, I just got a phone call telling me all this & craig asked me if I could remember her password to her blog??? So...Vicky being Vicky, wasnt worried about her health...& was more concerned about her DT's & letting people down....can you believe her!!!
Anyways, as soon as I know anything more I will keep you all updated. I have put a link in on my name incase anyone needs to contact me xxx

Crafts & Me DT Card............

Good morning everyone how are you all doing? Well would you believe we have sunshine here this morning, we are being spoilt lol.
Well its time for Crafts & Me new challenge & this week its the 'Rockin' Rubbah Girlz' & this week our lovely sweet Amy has set the challenge.
We Are In Stitches
No we dont mean from running or laughing lol....... we mean the sewing kind or indeed the faux kind, fake or real we dont mind my sweeties.
We have the fabby Whiff Of Joy sponsoring us this week with a gorgeous rubber stamp on offer.
I have inked up another unopened neglected one & boy did I enjoy colouring this beauty in, here she is...

Yes another mermaid today lol.

Isn't she so beautiful...... This is 'Pearl Swirl Mermaid' by Jasmine Becket-Griffith which is exclusive to

Crafts & Me

This is 1 of the flowers I won from Magnolia they are lush & this one I sprayed with Pearl Glimmer Mist & then opened the flower up. Its hard to get a piccy of the full sparkle. It has been attached to a crochet flower handmade by moi. You can also see the tulle better that is under the lace.

I added 2 love hearts punched out using my MS Punch & inked the edges with Weathered Wood distress ink. Tag is Tim Holtz.

This beauty I painted with Distress Inks because I wanted a softer feel to her unforunately those eyes are lush & I thought they would love a bit of drama......so they are not so much soft but more dramatic!! Oh but doesnt she deserve them. I still need to practice my painting, its the skin I struggle with more than anything.

I also did the gems in her hair with a blue souffle pen & then added Ice stickles to them to give her some bling. Her tail & top also had a shimmer of glitter dust on her.

The paper I've used is 'Madeline' by Prima, mine is the A4 pad from Bunny Zoes's but you can only get it in 6x6 now, I love this pad its gorgeous. All the edges were inked with weathered wood & then distressed with my scissors. The scroll is a magnolia doo hickey. Card is from my stash including the ribbed kraft card which I love.

The Little Mermaid

Good evening everyone I'm gonna start tonight by firstly saying sorry to everyone for not getting around to everyone's blogs. As well as the pups which in all honesty Fudge does most of the looking after lol but I've also been in extreme agony & I'm so sorry to moan about it yet again......I'm getting sick of my own voice actually!! The doc is rushing things to see me as they dont know what the pains are, they have looked at my CT scan & I dont have kidney stones it has showed up something near my bowel but they are not sure what. The doc is not sure if my kidney is diseased as he thinks urine could be going back into my kidney which is not good & cause a diseased kidney..........unfortunately I have to put up with the severe pain until they have found whats wrong. The weekend was really bad & by yesterday I could barely walk so I will try my best to catch up with you all.

Anyway I am filling in every Monday over on the Crafts & Me store til the digi DT are fully restored again so I've made meself make a card this evening. Its not turned out like I hoped but I didnt have time to do another one..........so I will show it you anyways..........

Today for my card I have used a digi image......I sooooo love digi's I really love the versatility of them.

I have used 'My Little Mermaid' by Sara Burrier made exclusively for Crafts & Me. I decided to do a step card this really are the easiest cards to make.

This is a fabulous image I've never coloured her before today, she is sooooo easy to colour. I coloured her hair with copic warm greys as they have a tinge of brown in them & her tail I coloured with cool greys & added glitter to her..........thought she deserved a bit of bling.....

The die-cuts I've tried to mimic seaweed. The blank space in the middle fold is to put a sentiment once I know what this card will be used for.

Everything except the green die-cuts is from my stash what I've found in my hobbit today lol.

I've used only 1 bit of DP which is what the image is on its actually a sea one from Raspberry Road.....I am so in love with that store & I cant keep away now lol. I have used dark blue & royal blue card from my stash & the waves I have used a die cut which I cant remember the name of sorry. The green die-cuts I wanted to sort of mimic seaweed.....they are actually Magnolia doo-hickeys......I got my surprise prize today from TOMIC........oh my word I have NEVER EVER seen anything like it.....EVER...I cant believe how lucky I am to recieve all of this.......including the die-cut I've used on this card today.

I know some of you dont like magnolia which is fair enough we all have different tastes.......be pretty boring world if we didnt.......however I love them & they are certainly generous it felt like crimbo today & altho I have said a huge thank you it just doesnt seem enough for all of this.......so I'm am doing something to say thank you to them but cant tell you what yet......its a secret lol.

YAAAYYYYYYYYYY they are here...........

Good morning all my lovely friends, how are you all?

Well 11.45pm my Fudgie starting having her babies...........wow it was amazing to watch, well I thought so anyway lol. She did sooo sooooo well she never wimpered or whined she just did really well. We had to help her with 2 of them & cut the umbilical cord as she was struggling but other than that she did so well. Me however was a bundle of nerves & kept panicking that she would sit on them & kill them.........good job Craig was there as well lol. She had 5 babies altogether she had the 5th one at 2.40am this morning so as promised I have put some piccy's on for you to see the little cuties........

Awwww my fudgie....she did so well I'm so proud of her & its funny that Charlie becomes a daddy on daddy's day lol.........

I dont think the one at the back realises that it was a one way street lol...........

Got these photo's when we give Fudge some treats.......her babies cant stop her from her bacon treats lol......3 of them she had she was starving bless her....

They are sooooo cute arn't they.....awwwwww..........

Latest Update.............

Good evening my lovelies I thought I would pop on & give you an update on things. I have managed to get around to some of your blogs today but I will try to catch up with everyone tonight hopefully or in the morning. My dear Fudge has been really unsettled today really clingy & wanting to be near me & Craig all the time, she has also being sick & panting heavily. Anyway it looks like she is in the 1st/2nd stage of labour so hopefully this time tomorrow we may have baby puppies. So its a night in the living room tonight for me & Craig just incase...... To be honest we have no idea how long this could all take!!!

I will put piccy's on once they are here my lovelies & if I dont get round to you please dont think I'm ignoring you cus I would never do that & I will catch up with you all.

Well I'm gonna go now I will keep you up to date on the Fudge labour saga.....oooooh gosh wish me luck I've never seen puppies been delivered before hubster has but I havnt so I'm gonna be quite amazed by it all lol. Honestly you should see my face when I feel them moving around inside her & she is even bigger than when we took the photos, I'm sure she gets bigger every day you know lol.

CES Challenges DT Card.............Summer Rain

Good morning everyone how are you all? Those poorly I wish you better soon.

It is Saturday so of course its time for CES Challenges & this week our lovely Claire has set the challenge

SPARKLY FLOWERS

We want to see all your sparkly flowers.......so get some glitter out & those beautiful blooms & come & join us. I was hoping my new stamps had been here as I had planned to use one on my card for today as it would of been perfect. Instead I have used another one of the gorgeous stamps I got the other week.

Of course this is 'Tilda In Summer Rain' from the new Rainbow Collection

Twill Sentiment & I've attached Tim Holtz Mini Pins to each end.

The beautufl lace I won off the uber talented lovely Elaine

Sprayed the flowers with Pearl Glimmer Mist & then sprinkled glitter on to give plenty of sparkle.

The leaf is cut with a Marianne die out of kraft card. The butterflies are punched out of ribbed kraft card & then glittered up & gems added to the centre.

Tilda has been coloured with copics, I coloured her last week so I can only remember some colours.

Bits of shading added with W3

I added glossy accents to the umbrella to make it look wet & to the puddle & rain drops.

All done in my fave colours.........

Final piccy in its box which I made........most of my cards go in boxes so nothing gets squashed on the card.

For my card I have used a different sort of sweet pea image.......well the image has swirls so I had to use her, she was meant for this challenge I think lol.......I've also got another 1 inked up yayyyyyyy

This is 'Shimmer' by the artist Brigid Ashwood & of course you can get her from Sweet Pea Stamps. The swirl I made with a die & then added little pink gems & a few pink pearls to it. The Gardenia I smothered in glitter & made a hat pin with some pink pearl beads.
