Wedding or Anniversary

Hello everyone I have quite a few cards/creations that I've made that I've not shown on here.

A while ago I was aked to make a Ruby Anniversary card & while I was on making it I got carried away & made 3 lol....wanted to give a choice lol.
This one I didnt do in ruby colours but its a card that could be used for Wedding or Anniversary or even a birthday card.....

The cardstock I've used has a suede effect on it......its so soft to touch...you just want to stroke it all the time lol.
For the shape I've used Marianne Designs Border Wave Set......lurve this die so much!! I've used both the dies in the set on this card.

The inside I've decorated as always, I've took a photo before adding a place to write a message so you can see the pretty paper.
The paper is the gorgeous Craft & You Wedding Garden........love their papers sooooo much.

Added beautiful WOC flowers, Pomegranate Apples & added a fine string of pearls in between it all. Underneath I've used 2 dies, Swirl Leaf Die & a Marianne Leaf die but cant remember the name of it, sorry :-(

The top layer of paper I raised up to give it dimension. The bottom part I left blank for putting a sentiment on.

The detail in the centre I used an embossing folder called Tied Together (I think lol). In the middle of the crosses I added pearl dots with a Pearl Pen.
I've added strings of flat backed pearls along the side & along the wave on the top half.
The lace was from LLC as are the flower shaped pearls & the bark heart.
Everything else except the embossing folder is from Noor Design UK. Tracy is adding lots of fabulous items all the time....your one stop craft shop ;-)

Thats it form me lovelies, hope you have a super weekend & hope the weather is nice where ever you are.
Thanks for stopping by.
Big hugs Vicky xxx

EDITED TO ADD... I've replaced the first photo with one taken from my phone & shows a better version of it for some reason.......the camera seems to dullen it, not sure why unless the settings have been changed ;-/

Noor Design UK DT Projects

Hello everyone, how are you all? Hope you have all had a super duper weekend.
I have 2 projects for you again this week.
This first one I made a couple of weeks ago & then the next I made end of last week.
All links to products used at the bottom of this post.

I made the initial start a few weeks ago on this but then finished off at a later date.......especially when I got this beautiful die in my DT pack last week......isn't it sooooooo pretty!!
Its the new Joy Crafts 'Big Fence & Background' die. At the bottom of the fence you can just make out the border die I've used & also the Ruffled Trim in White.
The stamp of course is Magnolia 'Daffodil Tilda' from the Spring Fever collection & she is coloured with distress markers & refills.

Its a small card & then inside I made a box using the Dutch Doobadoo Box Art Merci & attached it to the inside of the card.
Again I added the beautiful Fence die. At the bottom I've added Little Darlings die cut with a gem.
I've added no sentiments at this point as I can add them when I know who the recipient will be & for what occasion etc.

Inside the box is perfect for putting chocalate in or for putting money in like I have done....
I have used seam binding to tie it shut. The beautiful papers I've used are Studioe Light No.17 6x6 pad.
My second project is a card with no colouring, just dies, flowers & beautiful papers.......not forgetting the beautiful lace that Tracy stocks.

Here is a photo of the lace inside before the inside was finished, isn't it so darn pretty.
The gorgeous paper I've used is the new Pion Design Mr Tom's Treasures.......as you can see this collection is not just for the ladies.....this is one of my favourite sheets & will be ordering more ;-)

I've used the awesome Window with Shutters die & cut out a Tag from the Mr Tom's Tag sheet & placed it behind the window. I cut out the 2 butterflies form the Borders Sheet....love the borders sheet!! I've used a punch I have for the tiny butterflies........handy for those scraps we have left over.
The bird on a branch is a Marianne die form my stash & I've added a couple of Sweetheart Blossoms to the branch.
The shutters I've stamped a light pattern on using a Stempelglede stamp, then added lots of flowers, used 2 dies for the leaves & added a La La Land Crafts Doily die at the side......you can just see it peeking out.
Tracy will be soon stocking La La Land Craft dies so watch this space ;-)

Well thats it from me I have a crafty day scheduled ahead of me as I have commisions to finish.
Hope you have a good day, take care.
Lotsa hugs Vicky xxx

Noor Design UK Challenge - Summer Time

Hi everyone, well its the first of the month......so you know what that means, yep its time for a new challenge over at Noor Design UK & this month is soooo super easy..
SUMMER TIME
......maybe wishful thinking for us in the UK ;-)
So whatever makes you think of summer or what you picture maybe or what you enjoy doing.
Mine is sitting relaxing in the garden with a cuppa or bottle of water......I dont really drink anything else.
I have used an awesome image from the Little Darlings Doveart Stamp called 'Tea Time'. I have to admit to dreading this image but hubby pushed me to do it soon.......I coloured it a few weeks ago, as he loved the stamp. Much to my surprise I thoroughly enjoyed colouring it. It really is a super image & would be suitable for sooooo many occasions.
I have used Lace Veronique & a layer of Double Row Ivory Pearl Trim, this is the inside.
I have used gorgeous Studio Light No .17 paper & added White Gesso around the edge, I adore the beautiful colours in this pad........really is so so pretty!!

I have added WOC flowers & hte I've used the Marianne Trendy Tassel die, both large & small & added brass bell caps on the ends, 6mm & 8mm. Love these dies....think you may see more of these, a lot more lol.
Flowers used, Magnolia's, Lilac Poppies, Lilac Open Roses, Purple Open Roses, Vintage Flourishe is the Leaf die I've used under the flwoers.

I placed the image onto a Square Frame diecut. The image was coloured with distress ink markers & refills which you can get from Noor Design UK.

I made an easel card, love making these........do NOT enojy taking photo's of them lol.
There is also some 'Cheese Cloth' in amongst there somewhere lol. Along the top of the card I've used the Flower Edge Die as a border, I've also used the Little Darling Gilded Doily die in the top left corner.
Butterfly is form my stash & I added tiny pearl string 1.5mm down the centre.

Well I think thats it from me, we hope you will join us for this months super easy challenge. Please pop on over to see what my uber talented teamies have made, they are all so stunning!!

Thanks for stopping by, take care
Lotsa hugs Vicky xxx

Noor Design UK DT Cards - Graduation and Recycling

Hello everyone, Vicky here hope you all had a lovely weekend & those who had Bank Holiday hope you enjoyed the long weekend. I certainly did & spent the whole weekend with my family.

Today I have 2 projects for you.......I know I'm on a roll just lately....although I am running a wee late today....sssshhhhh dont tell the boss ;-)
Ok so we have 2 Graduation cards today, one for a female & one for a male.......yep another male card & its CAS..........OMG whats happening to me lol.
Ok ladies first of course ;-)
Not so much foofiness on this one...well not much compared to my normal standard lol. Quite a simple-ish card with feather die cuts & real feathers underneath...
A few flowers & some frill around the image.

The paper I actually recylced & used the cover sheet on the Lemoncraft 'Tiny Miracles' 6x6 pad.
The back cover I used on my 2nd card below as a backing underneath the top layer.......I recycled on each card ;-)
I also embossed with a Dutch Doobadoo mask art & then with the mask art still in place chose a few of the circles/bubbles to add Structure Paste.

The rubber stamp I used is a Whimsy stamp by Art Miran called 'Aleema' & she is coloured with distress ink markers & refills.
I also added pearl dots around her in places.

Ok for my next card which is also a graduation card & is for a male.
I have used no DP at all on this. Insteda I've used a Dutch Doobadoo mask art again, embossed it first then added structure paste all over. I've used the brick one as its like the building blocks to the future once you have graduated.

Here is a closer look at the brick work with the structure paste.

The rubber stamp I've used is from Magnolia's latest 'We Made It' collection & this one is called 'I Made It Edwin' & again I coloured him in distress markers & refills & then fussy cut him out & placed him on foam pads, then popped him onto the Little Darlings dies.

The sentiment is from my stash & I've just realised I forgot to add a sentiment to the first one oops.

Well thats it from me hope you like my cards today.

Dont forget come back tomorrow when we will have a brand new challenge for you & you will love it ;-)

Thanks for stopping by.
HUge hugs Vicky xxx
