Very Happy Birthday

Hello everyone its a late post from me, I've got my gorgeous grandchildren tonight so Arjay is sat here with blowing bubbles out of his mouth while I type this lol. Payton is sat on the bean bag watching Peppa Pig on dvd lol.

Anyhoos I made this card over a week ago but then wasn't happy with it, after much nagging from my hubster I am now doing as I'm told & putting it on my blog. Men are so darn bossy ;0)

I have made another CAS style card for easier posting on those last minute cards we all need lol. I have seen these images about, then about 2 weeks ago I found they did digi images, yayyyyyy!!!

The East Of India ribbon, the button & the bakers twine are all from my stash.

The image is 'First Love' by Time 4 Tea Designs on Etsy, they are all instant downloads.

I coloured her with copics, I will add the colours later when I find the list lol. I fussy cut her out to stand her against the brick type paper ;0)

The papers are 7 Dots Studio ' Messy Head' from MCH which have been inked & machine stitched. The sentiment above her head is an old clear stamp & I curved it on the block before stamping it out. The 'HB' sentiment is a Whimsy Stamp from Bunny Zoes, its a Bingo card one.

Well thats it from me I have 2 grandchildren that I need to bath & get ready for bed & then Natalie later..........not that she llikes to go bed lol.

I am also selling my big craft cupboard, its barely been used & its sat empty since I went into my craft room.

Crafty Little Fairies DT Card

Hello everyone I'm running super late today & I've got my grandaughter coming anytime soon while mum & dad take Arjay to the hospital, so I'm gonna get on with it ;0)

Okie dokie so its time for a new challenge over at Crafty Little Fairies & the challenge is super easy........

LOVE

...........yep its that time of year where we all make the extra effort for our loved ones, though really it should be all year round. I'm extremely lucky as not a month goes by when I dont get a bunch of flowers of hubster, just to make me smile or say he loves me........he's perfect bless him.

I went this this gorgeous image from LOTV & some gorgeous Pion papers............they go together like strawberries & cream mmmmmmm....

The gorgeous ribbon has hearts on although I've hidden most of it lol. The shabby seam binding is from LLC. The fence is Magnolia's 'Lovely Fence' die.

Starting from top left corner I've added 'Love Heart Clip', 'Bark Heart' with 'Seam Binding' bow, WOC Flowers & 'Wooden Leaves', Lotv 'Love Tag' & I've used a blank Tag from the 'Christmas Tags' & added letters from Pion 'Red Clover'.

I've used my MS Punch Around The Page for the edging around the card. The scalloped pearls are from WOC.

This uber gorgeous image is called 'Love Balloon' & I coloured it with my Distress Markers. I also added a Heart shaped Pearl to the balloon.

The paper I used for the image is my absolute fave Canson Montval, I got mine from Ebay a while ago its a big A3 maxi pad, you get 100 sheets.........

Inside is decorated as always. The uber gorgeous papers I've had for a while but couldnt bring myself to use them, the colours are just soooooooo pretty. They are Pion 'Bottom Of My Heart' from the 'From My Heart II' Collection. All the edges have been inked with Pumice Stone & machine stitched. I have also added a 'Heart Doily' underneath the die-cut heart. There is also 'Cheese Cloth' & Gesso here & there.

Saturated Canary DT Post and Some Exciting News

Hello everyone how are you all? 

Well I'm here today with some inspiration for the Saturated Canary blog. I have used a gorgeous image that came was released with a craft magazine. The magazine is called Complete Cardmaking Magazine & it was issue 47. 

This image I had printed out on card for a while but took time to pluck up the courage to colour her, her hair scared me lol. Finally last week I got her coloured ready for my DT post today & you know what I sooooooooo enjoyed colouring her, especially her hair lol. Think this one is gonna be another of my faves!!!!!!!!!

She is called 'Thinking Of You' but you could definately use her for many occasions, isn't she fabulous!!!

The love heart I made myself with some 'Delight' clay. The butterfly edge is from a Tim Holtz die & I've layered them.

I decorated the inside to compliment the front as always but I made a pocket to add tags inside for writing the message on. Lace is from my stash. The tags are Magnolia Doo-Hickey 'Vintage Tag' die.

The gorgeous 'Butterfly' is from Crafts & Me & I added White Gesso here & there. The swirl behind it is a Magnolia Doo-Hickey die here.

She looks so much better IRL, especially her hair, shame it isn't showing as nice here :0(

The flowers are mostly Prima from MCH, except the light pink ones which are from LLC. The leaves are Magnolia's 'Sprawling Ferns', all have added Gesso. The gorgeous papers are Magnolia's 'Vintage Blue English Soap' & 'Apple Bloom Garden', they have been inked with Pumice Stone & machine stitched. I've neglected my Magnolia papers :0(
