Midweek Magnolia's DT Card - Kraft

Hello my lovelies how are you all? Now you may think I'm running late but.........well I've realised its not me that runs late, its the darn clocks.......they run fast ;0)

Ok so I'm here with a new challenge from Midweek Magnolia's & this week we have a super duper easy peasy challenge for you.......

KRAFT

I've made a card for a lovely blogging friend who is going through a lot at the moment.

I've finally inked up this oh so cute 'Koala Hugs Tilda' which I got last year from Live & Love Crafts, isn't that Koala such a cutie.

I've used Whimsy 'Spell It Out Alphabet' stamps, I love these but do neglect them ;0)

I've added a Doo-Hickey die 'So Wrapped Lovely' cut out of 'Violet' dp & added a bow & flower.

I coloured Tilda with copics & added bits of shading with prisma to her hat & boots. The Koala I stamped again & fussy cut out to make the little cutie 3D ;0) I added pearl string from my stash around the image.

The frame that Tilda is on is a Sizzix die I've had a bit but finally opened it the other day....... Of course inside is decorated as always ;0)

New Rubber Stamp release........

Hello all I'm running late today, what a shocker lol, would you believe I'm still in my jammies lol!! I have an appointment this afternoon do ya think they will mind me arriving in PJ's.............they are pretty ones lol.

Anyhoo's I'm here with a brand new release from Crafts & Me & this release is by my favourite Crafts & Me artist Hannah Lynn & they are super gorgeous, you are sure to love them ;0)

This pretty lady is called 'Annabelle' & she will be getting released very soon. Isn't she gorgeous, I love her hair & her dress!!

I've made this kinda shabby chic with soft colours.

The lace, 'Handmade' tag, cabochon & pearly thingies are all from my stash.

This beauty was of course coloured with copics & I added 'Stickles' to the butterflies on her dress & hair.

My Crafty Heart DT Card - Pearls In My Hair

Helloooooooooo everyone, yes its me again, I know 2 posts in 1 day............before you know it I will be coming back tomorrow with another post........ ;0) Yes ok I am really back tomorrow with another DT card but its also to show you a gorgeous new stamp..........so so lush, seriously!!

Anyhoo's my lovelies I finally got some me time this afternoon to make a card, I've used a new digi, well new for me anyway & some fabby lush new goodies from My Crafty Heart ;0)

The image is from A Day For Daisies & I brought her up a while ago but finally got to colour her & put her on a card............

The image is ''Pearls In My Hair'' & I enjoyed colouring her.

I love this gorgeous 'Fresh Foliage' die, its become one of my favourites :0)

I've added 'Birdcage' die & the 2 sentiments I cut from the paper pad & I attached a 'White Rose'. All flowers are from WOC & I've added 'Stickles' to them.

I made a bow from 'Eggshell' seam binding which I dyed last year & thought it went perfect with these papers. I've hung a gorgeous ''Heart''charm from it & attached a Prima ''Say It In Crystals'' to the centre.

This lady was of course coloured with copics & I added 'Gold' dots to her hair & 'Stickles' to the birds.

Dress - YR24, Y26, Y21, W5

Birds - C5, C3, C2 & dots of white gel pen

The gorgeous papers are the new release ''Lifetime'' by Prima, this is such a gorgeous pad!! Added Prima 'White Roses' to the corners. The seam binding & doilies are from my stash.

Crafts & Me DT Card - Doily Heaven & Boots lol

Hello all my lovely crafters how are you? Yes I'm finally back with a creation lol, its been so hectic here, Megan was took into hospital with severe bleeding...........dont worry though baby is doing well & she's ok now. Then the whole family came down with that winter vomiting flu, OMG so much vomit was not good, unfortunately I came off the worse cus of my immune system & it lasted 5 days yuk.

Anyhoo lets get on with the job in hand which is a fabby new challenge over at Crafts & Me Challenges which is my challenge & I chose a super easy theme.................

DOILY HEAVEN

.........come on we all love doilies, they are sooooo priddy ;0)

Now although I had time to do a card I didnt have time to colour, so I cheated & used a fabby Stampsmith stamp from Crafts & Me Store.

This is 'Lily' & these are fab for those quickie cards, I also heat embossed it with 1 layer of UTEE. I also added 'White Pearl Trim' around the edge of the image.

The Prima pearl scrolly thing is from my stash. The gorgeous butterfly was from a gorgeous bloggy friend, thanks again sweetie mmwah xxxx I added MF 'pearls' to the body.

The ribbon &  lace is from my stash.

Now I dont normally show yout hings like these but I love them so much, hubster brought them for me as a way of sayin thankyou for looking after him........I love that man!!!!!

Now I love vinateg/shabby things, not just cards but lots of things & these boots have that vintagey/distressed look to them...............

I was in the shower room cus that was the brightest room this morning lol. They can go higher up the leg but cus the middle part is fabric you can scrunch them down.

Fabulous with skinny jeans & of course leg warmers, a girl needs these in the winter ;0)

Of course they were not expensive, which I love as I wont buy expensive ones...........my kids could have that extra money. Here you can get the boots ;0)

Hubster is back at hospital tomorrow for another xray fingers crossed its all going ok.

Saturated Canary DT Card

Hello my lovelies how are you all? Hope you are all having a lovely weekend, ya gotta love the weekends.

Ok I'm FINALLY here with my DT card for Saturated Canary Challenges, better late than never I suppose lol. Anyway this fortnight our lovely Maria has chosen a colour scheme, pop on over to see the pic......... You have to choose at least 3 of the colours.

I have gone with one of Krista's fabulous new digi's.........yes I know they are all fabulous arn't they!!

I've used the gorgeous 'Roses are red, Violets are blue' image & my 3 main colours are the bluey turquoise, pale pink & the beigey colour.

I've added Turquoise Prima flowers & a doo-hickey die cut & some lovely 'lace' up the side.

I added a 'Coin Charm' which I tied to a 'Metal Deco thingy-ma-jig' lol with jute string. The 'Paper clip', 'Bulldog Clip', 'Ticket' & 'Key chain thingy' (I'm so technical lol) are all Tim Holtz from my stash.

The bow I made with 'Ash Rose' Shabby seam binding.

Doo-hickey die 'Lovely Fence' & inked the edges slightly. Pearls from secret santa ;0) Added a 'Doily' underneath, I think you can just see it lol.

As always she was coloured with Copics & I added 'Stickles' to her rose. The background was done with inks & the ground with copics. The die underneath the image is a Joy Crafts die which I also inked with 'Tattered Rose'.

I didnt write the colours down but I will try my best remember the colours........

I've used Bo Bunny 'Gabrielle' papers & inked the edges. The butterflies I made with my small punch & inked the edges & added 'Stickles' to the wings..........butterflies deserve to sparkle ;0)

This card has only took 3 days.............normally they take me 3-4 hours lol.

The family are used to me spending time with them & tbh nothing makes me happier. Craig is not too bad although he is still in quite a bit of discomfort............... I've always been a thankful person I thank people ALL the time for everything!!! However I didnt realise just how much he helps especially with Natalie lol, Ben works all week, Jake is at college & Megan is pregnant so they cant help & tbh you have to know what you are doing with Natalie, but I'm managing............I'm tough, like super woman.............without the costume though..........eeeeewwww not a pretty sight ;0)

Crafts & Me Challenges DT Card & Poorly hubster ;0)

Hello again my lovelies, back again this time with my Crafts & Me DT Card. I will put the update about my hubster at the end of the post, maybe even a piccy lol.

Anyway the lovely talented Sara has moved over to the rubbah team..........wooo hooooooo thats girl is so talented I tell ya..........pop on over if you dont believe me ;0)

Anyway Sara has set an easy peasy theme this week of............

FAVOURITE EMBELLISHMENT

OMG.......you have seen how much of my foofiness I like how do I narrow something down to my fave!!

Well, its easy............add them all........well nearly ;0)

I have used 'Genevieve' by Hannah Lynn & went also with my fave colours, blue & brown.

I've used my Spellbinders 'Frame' & finally used the inside die as well, its only took 2 years lol. The blue oblong is the smaller die & the insert I made into a tag & stamped a 'Sentiment' on in 'Brown Memento'.

I've added 'Fresh Foliage' die but cut it in half to spread apart further............this is def gonna be one of my fave dies, I love it!!!!!! Also added Prima flower. The pearls were from my secret santa ;0)

I've added a gorgeous 'Circle Ornament' & attached a charm hanging from it & a beautiful 'Pearl Centre' I soooooooooooo love these, they really are soooo pretty!!! Cant remember where the angel charm is from.

The gorgeous papers are MME 'Paris & Co' & I've inked all the edges.

I also decorated inside as always & added Marianne 'Corners'. All the die cuts I cut from Dark Brown A4 card from my stash. I coloured the stamped image with copics & added pearl dots to her gloves with my Pearl Pen.

So my favourite embellishment is ALL OF THE ABOVE lol......I lurve all embellishments, my faves are pearls, flowers (of any kind), die-cuts........actually this could go on & on lol.

Now for the update on my hubster, well its been a long day & he ended up needing surgery, he had his operation this afternoon. He had shattered 2 bones, so they have inserted pins & wraped wire around the bones & pins to try keep it all in place, because the bones are thin in the hand they could slip & move & his hand wont heal. He cant use his hand at all & he's got to be extremely careful he doesn't knock it............he is feeling rather poop bless him.

Here he is resting & trying to look miserable lol.... I've brought the pillow off our bed for him to rest his arm on.

Tbh I'm rather lost without him as it takes 2 people to care for Natalie as she weighs nearly 9 stone, thats a lot of dead weight to dress & change a nappy & get into the wheelchair & Craig always does it with me & does the lifting so this next few weeks are gonna be hectic & tiring lol, however his health comes first & foremost. He is a fantastic hubster & is always willing to help with anything, he truly is my other half & I love him sooooooooo much.

I had everyone over for tea tonight as they were worried about him & wanted to see him, so I made home-made soup for everyone..........it cheered him up a bit ;0)

Well I'm gonna go & catch up with reading my comments & emails & try reply to all of them, if not tonight then I will tomorrow. I've still got a canny bit of DT work catch up with but I really will try my VERY best to catch up with you all asap.

Papertake Weekly GDT Card

Hello my lovelies how are you all? I'm sooooooooooo sorry I'm late with this & with my other DT cards that were due today. Last night was spent in A&E as my hubster tripped over one of Paytons toys in the passage way & smashed his hand into the wall...........ouch!! Anyway he's badly broken his left hand, there are a few bones broke & we've got go back today when hopefully the swelling has gone down & see a surgeon cus he may need an operation & have pins put in. Trouble is he's left handed so there is loads he cant manage now bless him.

Anyway I thought I would quickly pop on with my last GDT for Papertake Weekly which this time is a faberooney sketch. Again I've done a different image & gone with some sweet suger this time ;0)

I went with this oh so cute Sugar Nellie 'Bebe' from the Simply Adorable digi range.

The lace is from my stash & I used some more of that gorgeous 'Pleated Tulle' trim. Made a bow with ribbon from my stash & added the gorgeous Prima 'Zipper Pulls' I lurve these I really do!!

I have also decorated inside as always, click on the pic for a larger view.

I lightened the digi image & placed a verse over the top of it to also add inside to the top part of the card. Excuse the wet glue look I took the photo before the glue had dried............ooops!!

I love this verse though!!

The 'Sweet Dreams' sticker is from my stash which I brought when I first started crafting, I think its K&Co!

The ribbon thingy-ma-jig is off a tag off something I've brought Payton, I've got a few as I keep them, they are cute ;0)

I have used scraps of paper for this card, I think they are Fancy Pants............I think lol. I matted onto blue card, added a 'Doily' & some MF 'Pearls'. I have really enjoyed this sketch its been a long time since I followed a sketch.
