Midweek Magnolia's Midway Reminder DT Creation

Hello my lovelies how are you all? Well I'm running somewhat late, my hospital appointment was a full day, it was after 7.30 last night by the time we got back & we were shattered..........hospitals really take it out of you dont they? I think its all the sitting around & the boredom lol.

Okie doke so this post if for Midweek Magnolia's & its to remind you there is a week left to enter our challenge, which is........

GIFTBAG/GIFTBOX

.............you dont have to make one if you dont want to, you can just decorate one like I have.......

I have finally inked this sweet stamp up, this is 'Tilda with Bowknow' & I coloured her with distress markers. She is on sale right now over at Bunny Zoes, Nikki has 15% knocked off right across her store......

This is the back of the giftbag. The gorgeous papers are Maja Design Coffee In The Arbour, the bottom one is 'Lovely Weather' & the top one is from the Maja Design Coffee In The Arbour 6x6 pad.

I added a 'Canvas Mini Bag' & decorated it with the reverse side of 'Lovely Weather', all papers are inked with walnut & machine stitched. The tag is a Magnolia Doo-Hickey, the 2 sentiments, the one on the tag & the one inside the clay frame are both from Little Darlings 'Friendship' sentiment stamps.

The crochet flower & the clay frame I made myself eons ago lol. 

The butterfly is a Magnolia Doo-Hickey die which I Fran-Taged up, I used 3 different ones, Shabby Pink, Shabby Blue & Aged Rose. All of these you can get form Live & Love Crafts here.

The scroll & leaf are again Magnolia dies. All the flowers are from LLC except the small rose coloured ones at the end. The Kort Og Gort Rolled Roses are also from LLC, which I also added a white bead to the centre.

The 2 tags at the top are also from Little Darlings & are called 'Tag Alongs'. I have used 2 beautiful laces from LLC, the bottom one is 'Lace Euphoria' & the top one is 'Lace Desiree'. The blue seam binding & the doilies are also from LLC. The charms & resin flower are form my stash.

Saturated Canary DT Card

Good morning everyone how are you all? Now I'm hoping Mr Blogger is being a good boy & that this has published, I'm at the hospital right now I had to be here for 8am so I scheduled this post at midnight last night.............please be good Mr Bloggy ;0)

Okie doke so I have a wee bit of inspiration using one of Krista's super gorgeous images..........I've actually used this image before & its one of my faves. The last time I went my usual foofy type but this time I've gone CAS.........So here is my CAS SC card.

I soooooooo love this image, she is so darn pretty. I cropped her this time just a little at the back & added a  'Simple Sentiment' from Pink Petticoat digital sentiments.

I added a small Prima flower at the top of the strip............I could have probably have left it blank but.....well I had to put something there lol.

The gorgeous image is called 'Angels Among Us' & she is available as a digi image here or a rubber stamp from Little Darlings. I coloured her with Copics & paper pieced her top, shoes & the feather & added a bit of shading with a black prisma pencil.

The gorgeous papers are also digi papers from Michele R Design's Etsy Store. These are called 'Vintage Garden Party' & I also used a banner from the 'Vintage Garden Party - Elements Pack 1', the colours are absolutely gorgeous!!

2nd LOTV Guest Designer Creation

Hello again my lovelies, wow is it windy here today its blown my grandaughters little plastic house thing & her slide across the lawn :0(

Well I'm back again this time with my creation for LOTV & this time I made a gift bag. I sooooooooo love making these, I will have another one to show you on Wednesday with another DT post...........yep didnt realise they would both fall in the same week.

Anyhoo's how about I just show you what I made...........lots of LOTV products on this one.........

I find these hard to photo, I dont know why. Ok lets start with my favourite LOTV papers which were actualy made for me as they have my name written right into them ;0)

 They are of course 'Timeless Victoria-n' lol excuse the space just wanted to show my name off lol.

This is the back which I'm not totally happy with & my Mojo had near enough gone away as I do remember it being late at night. However I have used a LOTV 'Vintage Back - Flora & Fauna' which I've had since their release & only now has this been inked up........I know I'm naughty :0( I inked it up & distressed it a wee bit ;0) then added a Stempelglede sentiment stamp in the centre.

I have added some gorgeous lace called 'Cherie' & added 'Shabby Pearl Rose' on top as well. The fence , lamp-post & leaves are Magnolia Doo-Hickeys. The metal corner is from LLC. Doily from my stash.

All of the flowers are from Live & Love Crafts. The butterflies are a Joy Crafts die & I've gave them the Fran-Tage treatment with Aged Wine & Shabby White. I've also added a 'Postcard' charm there by the lace. I also added a 'Fleur De Lis' at the top in the centre of the bag with a teeny bit of Bakers Twine through it.

The gorgeous stamp is called 'Flower Fairy' & I coloured her with Copics. I added glitter to her wings, well every fairy should sparkle ;0)

The large postage mark at the top is a Magnolia stamp. All of the sentiments used on this bag are LOTV, I have used 'Sentiment Tags', 'Pretty Grungy Relations' & 'Vintage Labels'. Used a few didn't I lol, well its a big space so can get away with it lol. The blank gift bag itself is from my stash.

Bunny Zoes Challenge DT Card

Hi everyone. Hope you have all had a lovely weekend, shame about the weather yesterday. 

Well its time for a new challenge over at Bunny Zoes, this month we want to see.............

SUMMER COLOURS

............lets make Mr Sunshine come out. I've made a simpler card today, not quite CAS but hey for me it is lol.

I have used Kaisercraft papers, the colours are gorgeous, I have machine sewn them as always.  All links to products from Bunny Zoes are at the bottom of the post.

The round tag came with the papers & I stamped a sentiment from Kaisercraft onto as well 'This makes me happy'.

The stamp is a CC Designs stamp & I coloured it with Copics, the bags I paper pieced with the same paper pad. Sorry I forgot towrite the Copic colours down.

The flower & pearls are from my stash, the flower is an old Prima one.

Live & Love Crafts DT Card

Hi everyone how are you all? Sorry I've been MIA this week its really been one of those weeks. Anyway I'm here today to show you something inspired by a movie, yep thats the theme Sandy set us DT girls over at Live & Love Crafts. Tbh I found this a bit hard as my favourite movies are action movies, especially anything with Jason Statham in them........he's awesome!! I'm not really a girly girl when it comes to movies, I like blood, gore, shooting & just lots of action...........how do I make that into a card full of frills & foofiness, you know the way I like them?? Well a little thing called Google, yep I googled lol.

I wanted to make a vintage kinda card, so I picked the image then looked for a movie to fit & this one fit perfectly.........

The movie is called 'P.S. I Love You'. All links to items used are at the bottom. I have used older Pion papers for this, they are from the 'From My Heart' collection so it was kinda perfect for this card. I have inked the edges & machine stitched them all as always.

I added a Canvas Mini Bag, which I also stamped with a Love Heart stamp with a dictionary quote on love.  I then added a tag to go inside & on it I've cut out letters saying 'P.S.' then I have stamped 'Love You' underneath. The inside is blank to add something a bit more personal. The 'Love You' stamp is from LOTV.

Of course I had to add this little lock charm saying 'LOVE' on it, I also added Gesso here & there ;0)

I love this image & thought it would be perfect for wedding or anniversary card. I machine stitched all around it & added a Resin Corner to the bottom right corner. On the top left corner is of course the 'Love key' to the lock charm lol, I also added a bit of corrugated card.

I added a clay heart & just above the clay heart I stamped a Whimsy postage mark onto the paper, its a Paris postage mark............well after all Paris is romantic............so they say anyway lol, I've never been unfortunately, maybe oneday my prince/hubster will take me away aaaaaahhhhhh......

Ok back to reality. All of these items used on this card except the stamps are from Sandy's fabbylicious store of course.............well where else can you get gorgeous vintage & shabby chic stuff as beautiful as this. This paper collection is discontinued by Pion so once Sandy has sold out they will be gone forever............maybe I should stock up on these as they really are so pretty. So if you want some of these gorgeous papers, pop on over to Live & Love Crafts & get them while you can ;0)

LOTV Guest Designer

Good morning everyone, well goodmorning from the UK lol. I have to say sorry about the bank hol mix up my darling hubster told me it was a bank hol, it was only when looking at the calender I realised it said Ireland & Scotland next to it :0( It was small writing though so we can forgive him lol.

Ok so did you read my heading...........yesy I'm Guest Designer for LOTV!!! OMG seriously I am totally & utterly thrilled to bits & feel so completely honoured.

So for my first GDT card for LOTV I have made a more simple kinda card. Now Anne told me to stick to my normal kind of style &...........well thats hard because I dont have a particular style, however I have made nothing out of the ordinary & kept everything how I would normally make things.

So here's my first one.......

I have also used 3 sentiments from LOTV, I've used the 'Sentiment Tags' which are my fave & I've made a banner & used 'Handwritten Phrases' sentiment stamps, I lurve these, though tbh I lurve ALL LOTV sentiment stamps!!

The flowers are from LLC, the rolled roses are Kort Og Godt. The middle flower is a WOC flower which I sprayed with florist spray to soften the colour. The leaves are 'Sprawling Ferns' magnolia dies.

Inside has been decorated to compliment the front, its not always decorated the same but mainly its to compliment the front of the card.

The gorgeous papers is Maja Design 'Vintage Spring Basics', I've inked the edges with Pumice Stone & machine stitched as always. 

The gorgeous lace is from LLC which is Maya Road 'Crochet Trim'.  

The super cute image is called 'Fabulous Flower' & I coloured it with Copics.

The doilies & scalloped pearls are from my stash.

Well thats it from me, I hope you like my card for LOTV.

I did get my hair cut off at the hairdressers & was going to get hairlights as well but decided to stay with my dark hair for now as 1 big change was enough for the day. I have to say that I love it & so do the family, I will post a pic once I get one taken. I got an asymetrical haircut so its still long-ish-ish on one side lol.
