Good evening my lovely friends sorry I've got no card again tonight things have just been frantic here especially with Natalie but we've managed to get an app with her consultant for in a couple of weeks time.
Anyway the reason for the post is I've finally built up a little bit of courage to enter into the DT Call at
Everyone who knows me knows my love of Sweet Pea I have so many stamps I could easily do DT cards for a year lol. I am a huge huge huge fan of sweet pea stamps my fave artists of course are Ching-Chou Kuik & Meredith Dillman but to be honest all of their artist are just amazing & I love them all.
I've got to pick 2 cards which I consider to be my best.....here goes.....
I know I am showing 3 but if I'm honest I love my sweet pea cards they are the one card that always seems to flow......I never ever struggle with them & altho I'm not confident in what I do I do have confidence in my sweet pea cards.
This is coloured with Copics & Prisma pencil.....this is my ALL TIME fave stamp by Ching-Chou Kuik she always will be to be honest. This is 'Love Is Gone'
I absolutely love mono & nothing works mone better than a sweet pea stamp. This is 'Moonlight Siren' & she is coloured with Copics.
This is one I love & at the time I think it was my 1st lilac coloured card but the thing with these kind of stamps you really can do them in any colour & any theme they really are so versatile.
This is 'Purple Comfort' & she is coloured with Promarkers.
These are all Ching-Chou Kuik images & at the mo I'm learning to also colour them in distress inks to give another variety to them.....I love using different colouring mediums to create different effects.

Well I wont waffle on anymore I will just keep everything crossed & pray now.......it would be like a dream come true I love these images thats why I applied for Crafty Purple Frog cus of these images but there is nothing better than to colour them & lose yourself in their fantasy world of beauty & colour.

Now you know I'm forever kicking you metaphorically up the wotsit, because your cards are amazing & you should sell them (I'll keep kicking too so don't think I've forgotten!) & I'm telling you, you absolutely deserve to be on that design team. IMO if they don't choose you, they're certifiable. So there!! Lots of luck, not that you'll need it. Hugs & hope Natalie is a little better xx

You work is amazing hunni especially your Sweet Pea cards. Your love for them shows in your work. You will have no problem in being picked, if they do not pick you they want their bumps felt and they will have to deal with me!!! I wish you all the best of luck. Hi Vicky tyour cards are fab and good luck with the DT I have my fingers crossed for you. Just thought I'd let you know , I believe in miracles re the wheel chair, they had borrowed a couple from some reps and one fit my son perfectly and met most of the things he had decided he needed. I was expecting them to say right we'll order one and the usual 6-12 weeks but I nearly fell off my chair when they said they would phone the rep and see if we could loan it or they could buy it and we could take it away there and then. In all the 14 years we have been dealing with them, I have never gone in to that place and come out with a new wheelchair , gobsmacked wasn't the word and I have never seen my son so happy in a long time totally restored my faith in miracles.
