My Crafty Heart sale.........also a new stamp

Hello everyone how are you all? Well I sooo enjoyed my babysitting although it ended up being both my grandchildren & they both stayed all night as well lol. Payton wouldnt settle at the party she was so tired bless her, so I went pick her up then we went back again & picked Bens car up & told them have a good night & have a drink....................or 3 lol. They never go out drinking so it was good for them both.

Anyway I did finally have a wee bit of crafting time last night & made a card to go with my new stamp I coloured the other night ;0)

Yes I got my new Magnolia's the other day & they are sooooooooo gorgeous!! I was tempted to buy them all but I have pressies to buy still, although I'm doing canny well...........oops quite well it means lol. The tiny bit of geordie coming out there sorry peeps.

I love love LOVE these gorgeous MME papers (which are on sale right now), the reds are gorgeous in them!! I've also inked the edges with walnut distress ink & machine stitched around them. Those Gems are also MME to match the paper ;0)

The ribbon is from my stash & this was the last bit I had of it lol..........just managed to make a bow & add a gorgeous bit of sparkly from Melissa Frances.

This is 'Merry Christmas Tilda' from the latest collection & I coloured her with copics.

I have since added pearls to the centre on the flowers so will try take a new pic of that later.

Used a Marianne die for the tree & covered it in Snowtex. I've also used a MS punch either side of the centre panel. The sentiment is LOTV. I've kept the card quite simple tbh just wanted to show off the gorgeous papers & this fabby new stamp ;0)

The second christening card........

Hello my lovelies how are you all? Its quite grey & miserable up here by the sea :0( However its the weekend so who cares wooooooo hooooooo.

Ok remember the other day when I said I was asked to make a christening card but because my confidenceis a bit.......well urgh....... I made a few to see which one turned out nice lol.

I did foofy & fancy, vintage-ish & soft, & also clean & simple. 

Here is the vintage, soft & delicate one.

I was actually pleased how this turned out, again it has no sentiment yet as it could also be suitable for new baby.........good to have one just incase & this suits girl or boy ;0)

 I adore this gorgeous lace that the lovely Sandy sent me when I was GDT for her. The scalloped pearls & Pearl Trim I added to the lace are from WOC.

This beautiful image I got free & I think its on my Pinterest if you would like it peeps, they are lots of free printables on my pinterest. I printed it out on Matt Photo paper..........tbh its not very often I use gloss paper as I love the softness of Matt.

The metal corner I fran-taged up with Shabby white.

This is the inside, a small verse could be put in the square on the left & then I will add a placement to write your own message............not added that yet lol.

I lurve this Pion paper I've used & I will have to get more as it could be used for soooo many occasions. I inked the edges with Pumice Stone as its softer & I machine stitched all around the papers.

The flowers are from WOC & I added a little bit of Stardust Stickles to them, shame it doesnt show as the delicate sparkle looks gorgeous IRL.

Thank you for all your lovely comments my lovelies. I'm will be round to visit you all soon, it may take me all night as I'm babysitting my grandson tonight. Ben & Megan have been invited to an engagement party & they are taking Payton but we think it will be too noisy for Arjay. Also he can get cranky as he now has to wear a special harness 23 hours a day as his hips are not sitting in their sockets. So its not very comfy for him bless him :0(

A Christening Card or Baby Girl

Hello everyone how are you all? Sorry I've not been about I've not been well at all & not bothered with crafting or the laptop tbh. Although when I went on yesterday I noticed the new Magnolia's so had to pre-order them lol. Anyway they finally think they have found the cause to me being ill & in lots of pain so I have to go next week for a preocedure to get it confirmed but up to now its looking like I may have Chrohn's Disease........but we wont know for certain til next week.

Anyhooo's enough of my moaning, sorry my lovelies. Ok I was asked a while ago to make a christening card & well although I said yes, after I was nervous as I had never made one before........EVER!!

Also my confidence on card making is taking a slum at the mo, I dont know why, so I made a few incase some of them were rubbish lol.

This I've not put a sentiment on as it could do for a new Baby Girl as well as christening.....

I've used my favourite baby girl image from Mo Manning & went with lots of foofiness on this one ;0)

The fabric flower flower is from my stash & the white rolled one is a MB die. The remaining flowers are from WOC.

I've made a double bow with seam binding & attached a silver dummy which I attached to some chain, then added a bit of extra bling with the button.

The image is called 'Baby Girl' & she is coloured with copics. I think the colours used are.....

R83, R81, RV10

C3, C1, COO

I also added shabby pink fran-tage around the edges.

I used an MS punch around the edge & the papers are MME 'Lost & Found - Madison Avenue' & I've inked the edges & machine stitched them.

Well thats it from me I have my gorgeous grandchildren today as its Megan's 21st birthday so Ben has booked a day off work & has took her out for the day shopping for new clothes & a bite to eat. So I'm gonna enjoy my day babysitting............ me loves my nanna time ;0)

Saturated Canary Challenge - Happy Halloween

Hello everyone how are you all? This is a sccheduled post, if Mr Blogger is working that is lol.

Well another 2 weeks have gone by so that means its time for a new challenge over at Saturated Canary.............. It also means christmas is getting closerrrrrr woo hoo.

Anyway this fortnight the challenge is..............

SEASON'S GREETINGS

..........so we want to see a creation celebrating a season. Whether it be Thanksgiving or Christmas or............the one I've chose is the obvious current season.......HALLOWEEN yay.

This is my favourite zombie type image............ever!!!!!!! This is 'Zombie Niamh' & of course is a digi image from Saturated Canary.

The lace & jute stuff are from my stash. Also the card blank is from my stash, its not very often I use these tbh.

The sentiment is a digi one & I printed it off & then inked it up & matted it onto black card. The rolled flowers I made with my Marianne die & added pearls to each centre.

The fence & gate & cut out & glued the fences either side & attached the gate at one side & left it open.............hope her animals dont get out ;0)

'Zombie Niamh' was of course coloured with copics, colours listed below.

Background I did with different coloured Prisma pencils to make it look scratched. The floor I did with black prisma.

The fabbylicious is Echo Park 'Apothecary Emporium', I love this paper for halloween, its my fave!!!! All the papers have been machine stitched &; inked with Black Soot distress ink.

Midweek Magnolia's Challenge - La la la la

Hi my lovelies how are you all? Thank you sooooooooo much for your lovely comments, Natalie is a lot better now, still needing her inhaler but a lot lot less. 

Sorry about my title I was clearing my throat ready for todays challenge over at

  Midweek Magnolia's, this fortnight we want you to............

SONG BIRDS

...............sing it to us. Yep we want you to make a card inspired by a song, easy right. Well there is a catch as you are not aloowed to use Happy Birthday & not allowed to use Christmas Carols. It has to be a 'SONG' la la la la la................

Ok so I cheated a little as I ran out of time. So I went over to my coloured up images box & chose one that had been coloured up & thought of a song to go with it. 

This card was inspired by Mariah Carey 'Butterfly' I used to be a DJ so I know lots of songs although I'm not a Mariah Carey fan.............I prefer latest chart music ;0)

I've used Tim Holtz 'On The Edge Butterfly' die, cut it twice & layered it. I've also added Magnolia's

 'Lovely Fence'.

The rolled flowers I made with a Marianne die, the white one also got the edges frantaged with wine (which is a purply colour, lush) The butterflies are Magnolia dies also the flower is. I also added a 'Bark Heart' from LLC.

The lace is from my stash.

The image is 'Tilda with Ugg Boots' which I just adore, isn't she fab. She was coloured in copics, I will look for the list as I cant remember what I did with it lol, so will try add numbers later.

The totally gorgeous papers are Pion 'Purple Wallpaper' & Pion 'Purple Rose' I machine stitched them & inked the edges with Pumice Stone distress ink.

Good morning everyone, wooooooooo hooooooooooo its the weekend.......ya gotta love the weekends.....I think they should be extended though, dont you?

Anyway I'm here............well I'm late but never mind I'm here lol. There is of course a new challenge over at Crafts & Me. This month we are having an Artist Month & the brilliant artist we have this month is...........drum roll plzzzzzzzzzzzz...

HANNAH LYNN

........yep all you have to do is use an Hannah Lynn image, digi or rubber & you could win a signed print from Hannah Lynn herself.............. I soooooooooo wish I could enter :0(

Now to celebrate this artist we have new digi's in the store just released & we have some new rubber stamps soon to be released...........they are LUSH!!!!

These gorgeous girls are called 'Punch of Colour' & they are all so gorgeous & have tattoo's........how awesome, I have waited for ages for someone release stamps with tattoo's on.

All flowers are from WOC. Lace & ribbon are from my stash.

The gorgeous paper is 7 Dots Studio 'Messy Head' & I've machine stitched the papers & inked the edges with Pumice Stone.

I made a bow with blue organza ribbon & lilac ribbon & added a 'Rhinestone & Pearl Pendant' in the centre.

This lovely girlie is 'Punch Of Colour Girl 3' & I coloured her with Copics.
