My Crafty Heart meets the best of Saturated Canary

Good morning my lovelies how are you? How are you all enjoying Autumn? I lurve the colours, however what I dont like is my doggies feeling the need to bring in every dry leaf into my home from outside...........I could make a darn leaf rug I tell ya lol.

Anyway today I have My Crafty Heart DT Card with what I think is the best of Saturated Canary. I have used one of Krista's new images, OMG this in my opinion is her best, I am totally & utterly in love with this beauty!!!!!!!!!

Yes this little cutie is 'Butterfly Baby' & Krista just excelled herself with this one............it is officially my FAVOURITE digi EVER!!!

Hello my poppets, how are you all? I am running super duper mega late so I will get on with the job in hand lol.

Its time of course for a new challenge over at Midweek Magnolia's & this week our theme is..........

'TRICK OR TREAT - It's Halloween'

So come on peeps come enter your halloween creations, we would love to see them :0)

I have finally inked this little stamp up, its only took me 2 years......well in my defence Halloween is only once a year ;0)

The moon in the corner glows in the dark, we got a load of stars & this moon last halloween for Natalie's bedroom & hung them above her bed lol. Pumpkin button from my stash.

I have used Basic Grey paper & 1 sheet I cut out the Orchid Tree Frame, I snipped the frame off tho to just leave the tree. I also added 'Spooky Haunted House' digi image & fussy cut it out.

Added 'Grassland Border' behind the fence.

The sentiment I made myself I got the cobweb image & lightened it & then added my text over the top. The bat I cut from some Magnolia paper.

This is 'With Tilda with Pumpkins' & she was coloured with copics & black prisma. I paper pieced the pumpkins.

I also added Magnolia Doo-Hickey 'Fence' & made the top bit above the tree from the remainding card off the fence.

New Crafty Storage

Hello my lovelies just popping on quickly to tell you about some fabbylicious storage for us crafty peeps. Teresa over at Crafts & Me has come together exclusively with a retailer to make craft storage. We always need more storage or better storage........I'm always thinking of new ways to store things lol.

In the store there is storage for ink pads, stickles, glitter pots, pens etc etc pop on over here to take a look at all the fabby storage.

I have ink pad storage & I also have the XL Glitter storage, I would be lost without these let me tell you.

My ink pads I have attached stickers to each of them to say what colour they are, even my stazon, memento etc, so everything is where I can see it, exactly when I want it.

Here is my XL Glitter Caddy, it holds them all upside down so they are always ready to use straight away..........this I would be lost without...........

This you can get here for a fabulous price as well.

Crafts & Me Store DT Card

Hello my lovelies, how are you all? I'm running mega late today so will push on also this post is a bit photo heavy ;0) 

Today I have a card to show you with an image on from Crafts & Me Store & one of my fave artists as you all know, Hannah Lynn.........I have 3 faves & she is one of them...

I'm also back in my comfort zone........yay my foofiness is back ;0)

This is another birthday card I have made for Megan, this is off me & Craig.

I have made a 3-fold card & decoarted every side with this gorgeous Melissa Frances 

'Vintage Attic Treasures' I've splashed all of them with white gesso & matted onto kraft.

Sentiments have all got to be added on both side & the middle is for us to write in.

I've added 2 MB 'Whimsical Flourish' dies to each side.

Even the back is decorated ;0)

I have added a crochet flower I made, a Melissa Frances Pearl & some leaves from my stash that I found lol. Added a Marianne Corner at the bottom.

The image is 'Easter Lily' & she is a digi image. I have coloured her with copics & attached onto a square doily which I chopped up to make fit.

Who says she's only for easter tho, this pretty lady could be used anytime!!!

I used a MS punch for the edges & the ribbon is from my stash.

I have added flowers, a Marianne Anja Leaf, pearl hearts, another crochet flower on top of another leaf.

My Other CAS Cards

Hello everyone how are you all? Hope you are all have a lovely weekend. Its my step-mothers birthday today so we are off over there shortly, we are just waiting on Ben & Megan.

Anyway I thought I would quickly pop on to show you my 2 other CAS cards, 1 is actually a christmas card & another one that will be cheaper to post. As you know my usual style is lots of foofiness & all my cards go in boxes so the fact of just being able to put them in an envelope will be sooooooo much cheaper lol.

It was doing this card that gave me the idea for the butterfly card the other day. I have used the gorgeous MB 'Frostyville Wreath' & cut out the centre of a card blank then added paper inside & card over the top. It also helps to thicken my card as I dont like how thin these are.

The paper is from my scrap box & I added a poinsettia cut from Spellbinders die, I have ran out of red pearls so I coloured a white one & added it to the centre. Ribbon & sentiment are from my stash. I have also added card inside again to thicken it & added a sentiment & stamped a couple of snowflakes :0)

This is the last CAS card & I made it oblong. The sentiment I absolutely love & for the tags I used

 Magnolia Doo-Hickey dies.

The papers are the gorgeous Prima 'Rondelle' & I've inked all the edges & matted onto kraft card.

This gorgeous butterfly I made with thin sheet metal in dusky rose pink. I made it with a Spellbinders Butterfly, I soooooooooooo love how this has turned out.

Inside is decorated to compliment the front as always.

I Am A MIM Kinda Girl!!!!!

Hello my lovelies how are you all? Well I've kept myself occupied today & played in my wee hobbit. I have played outside of my usual comfort zone today though & I've not used any coloured images.

I thought I would make some LIM kind of cards................boy are these hard to do I am definately a MIM kinda gal...........More Is More!!!!!!!!! Its good to try different things & think outside the box so to speak, so I will show you what I've made for this weeks LIM Challenge......

Is this a LIM kind of card? Its about as LIM as I do lol. I used 2 card blanks but only used the front on the 2nd card & shortened it to layer on top of the original card blank. I used the 'Prim Poppy' MB die to cut out the flower shape & placed DP in between the 2 layers.

The sentiment is from a stamp in my stash which I cut out & layered on with ribbon as well. TBH the only reason I did it this way is cus when I stamped it on the card it was crooked.........honestly I wasn't drunk lol. So I made another sentiment to place over it lol.

The paper I've used is Bo Bunny 'Gabrielle', I cut the butterfly out & the rest of the sheet went in between the 2 pieces of card to show through the die-cut. I've also used a Pearl Pen to add pearl dots to the butterfly.

This one I did first but its not for any challenges & tbh I'm not sure if I like it...... The paper is 

Glitz 'Hello Friend' & I've inked the edges. I punched a few small butterflies out, inked the edges & added Stardust Stickles. I've used Die-Namics  'Rosette' die to make the rosette & added a sentiment to the centre using a stamp I got from hubster about a year ago ;0)

Saturated Canary Challenges DT Card

Hello all my lovelies I am so sorry I am running late with this post I've not been on my lappy all day & totally forgot.....ooops!!!

Ok so we have a yummy new challenge over at Saturated Canary & we have a different kind of challenge that we hope you will love & have fun with.

OFFICE SUPPLIES

Isn't that cool, basically its the kind of things you would find in a office, staples, hole punch, paper clips, string etc etc............

Ok so my office supplies are as follows.................Paper Clips, Bulldog Clip, Staples, File Tab die, Dictionary Sentiment Stamp & Notebook Edge punch. 

Papers are Prima 'Londonerry' & I've inked the edges with Walnut Distress Ink. As always I've decorated inside & used my Bind-It-All to punch holes top & bottom & added a Tim Holtz paper clip.

The image I've used is 'Colour Me Wonderful' as I saw the pens & thought she would be perfect for this theme..........well you need pens in an office & in my opinion it should be Copics lol.

The gorgeous heart badge is from our beautiful boss Krista, its lush & now I will be buying myself lots more ;0)

I've used my 'File Tab' die, cut it out twice & layered & stapled it. I wrote 'B' on & then stamped it with the dictionary stamp 'Birthday' meaning. I cant even remember where I got this from & its the 1st time I've used it. I also added a Tim Holtz Bulldog Clip.

Added 'Lilac Raffia' across the centre & stapled it to the card.

Good morning my lovelies............guess what....the sun is shining & the rain has stopped wooooooooo hooooooo!! My heart goes to all those that have been evacuated from their homes due to flooding :0(

Well its the Rockin Rubbah girlies turn to set you a challenge this week over at Crafts & Me Challenges & this week its my turn.......yayyyyyyyy. So I decided to set you all a super easy peasy theme....I would love to see your...........

FAVOURITE COLOUR

......how easy is that! So what ever is your fave colour come along & join in the fun.

Now I have 2 when it comes to cards, altho these are not my fave IRL lol, my faves are pink & brown & the other is Blue & Brown...............as I did pink for my last challenge card I went for the other ;0)

I also went with my fave artist at Crafts & Me as well ;0) An oldie but a goodie.......

The fabric flower is cut from a Ribbon. Flowers I have added Stardust Stickles to & added a MB die underneath. I love this Sentiment. Feather butterfly is from my stash.

Tim Holtz Butterfly edge, ya gotta love these.........you know me & butterflies lol. I added muslin fabric & added corrugated card which I splashed with White Gesso.

Of course the image is by the fabby Hannah Lynn & is called 'Vanessa' & as always coloured with copics.
