Noor Design UK Challenge DT Post

Hello everyone, can you believe its been a month since the last challenge begun......where are the days going........I have soooooooo much shopping to do still...

Anyhoo less babble now ;-) Our new challenge over at Noor Design UK this month should fit any of those crimbo cards/projects we still have left to do......I still have a few to do lol.

SPARKLE

.........actually even non crimbo have sparkle.......we all sparkle dont we hee hee. Super duper easy challenge dont you think ;-)

I made another lollipop card.....this one however stayed as a lollipop card as they are so darn cute & I love making them ;-)

I have used my favourite papers, stamp, embellies........ok the list can go on here lol.

Tracy recently added........much to my excitement, cinnamon sticks & bells.......yessssssss.

Can you see the little flowers there...........guess what i Made them with Foamiran. I made these a few days ago & since I have won a flower making class by the unber talented Lady E..........OMG I love this lady's creations........I want to be as talented as she is when I grow up lol.

Truth be known I dont want to grow up lol.

Have you seen these cute little tree's.........they are from the latest Magnolia Doohickey club kit Volume 12..... I sprayed them with glue & then smothered them in glitter........only because the challenge wanted sparkle, or I wouldnt have added it pmsl.......yeah right like I need an excuse to add sparkle pmsl.....

This I made monday along with a few other flowers that I cant decide whether they are roses or carnations but I feel quite proud of them.......... I didnt follow any tutorial & just played. The bottom layer of the poinsettia (the leafy bit_ I also gave the sparkle treatment.......it looks lush in real life!!

This is the reverse side of the Lollipop so nothing gets squashed I made a pocket for tags, I'm still quite proud I came up with this idea ;-) Can you see the doily............that is my new die, not new out just new to me. Its a Cheery Lynn Doily die & I LOVE IT!!! You may see this lots.

The magnolia stamps on the front are from the Aspen collection & I coloured them with distress ink refills & markers. The bow is also a magnolia die. You can also see the lace better here, how pretty is that.........

Ok I've babbled on & on & on &............now I'm gonna hush my buttons so you can first go & see the rest of the fabulous creations here & second............go make a creation & enter as we love to see your wonderful creations.

Card and a SALE

Hello everyone, how is your weekend going so far. It was so beautiful up here & quite warm but thankfully we had a lovely breeze coming from the sea.........perfect for drying my washing.

Now its gone quite grey as I think Mr Sunshine has gone sleep....come on wakey wakey its summmer time...........I think, at least that's what I hear ;-)

Ok I made this card a couple of months ago, I got an order for a Ruby Anniversary card & I made a few for her to choose from. This could be used though for any occasion really.

This is not the card she picked, she picked another one which I will show you another time, it was actually my favourite one ;-)

I didnt do any with images on as not everyone likes images. As its Ruby I just went with white & obviously adding red flowers, embossing & pearls......lots of yummy pearls :-)

I used the Tied Together embossing folder, love this embossing folder. I applied pearl dots with my pearl pen on every cross over.

Nearly all of the yummy flowers are of course from Noor Design UK. As are the Pomegranate Apples & the Pearl Cascade that is weaving through the flowers.

The die cuts are Leaf die cuts from a Magnolia Club Kit, heart shape from a MF punch & there's also an older MB die there too which I cut out a few times......I think I will always keep this one in my stash.

On this one you can see the dimension of the top part which was cut out using the Crealies On The Edge die No.14.

I've used 2 lots of Pearls at the bottom, flat single row of pearls & also a strip of double row pearls....both from Noor Design UK. There is also a strip of pearls along the top which was from LLC.

There is a fantastic sale on at the minute over at Noor Design with upto 40% off a lot of items.........yes 40%..now thats awesome. Tracy needs to make way for new stock arriving soon, so grab a cuppa & take advantage of this sale right here, right now......you would be mad to miss it.

Now Tracy & her husband Lawrence are celebrating their 30th Anniversary next week so are deservedly taking a week off. All orders placed from Monday 18th July 12.00 (bst) will be dispatched when the store reopens Monday 25th July.

Sweet Little Girl

Hello everyone how are you all?

I thought I better start posting these creations I've made & still not shown on here. I've problems with my laptop these last few days as it got a very bad virus. Luckily I scheduled my DT post last week.

Anyway this is a card I made a few weeks ago, I soooooo love La La Land Craft baby images....ok all their images & their dies are to die for ;-)

The papers are my favourite baby papers EVER!! Yep they are Maja Design 'Vintage Baby' I've used 12x12 'Precious' & 12x12 'Our Little Miracle'. I've used a Go-Kreate die for the shapes & machine stitched every layer.

I've used quite a few dies on this card most of them are Magnolia from the doo-hickey sets, I have used dies from Volume 8, volume 9 & volume 10. 

The 2 Heart balloons in the top right corner are from Volume 10 & Tracy has some of these sets in her store still......love this set its awesome!!! Pop on over here to order it as once they are gone.....they really are gone!!

This is the inside to match the front so you can see the papers better before I put a place to write on.

The little rabbit there is from Magnolia Club Set Volume 8 & I've just used the reverse sides of the papers I've used.

Ok the super cute baby is 'Sleeping Marci' from La La Land Crafts & I coloured her with distress markers & refills on Fabriano Extra White Smooth....OMG I love this more than Langton!! You can of course get this fantastic paper here. Now I coloured her weeks ago but I can tell which colours I've used......

Skin - Vintage Photo & Tattered Rose

Clothes, hat & booties - Victorian Velvet, Pumice Stone 

I added Glitter to her dummy/pacifier & the tassels on her hat.

She has been fussy cut out & then placed onto Little Darlings Gilded Oval die.

Flowers are of course WOC from Noor Design UK as are the little pomegranates, love these!! In the bottom right corner I've used a La La Land Die called 'Honeycomb' but filled in some of the blanks...you can see it better on the first photo.

The leaves are from a die from Magnolia Volume 9. Sentiment is from Maja Design Vintage Baby Die-Cuts.

Can you believe I added no lace to a girl card.....I didnt realise til I took photo's...though you wouldnt have been able see the lace anyway lol.

Ok thats it from me got a busy week as we go away on holiday on monday for a week....its my birthday that week as well so it will be lovely & the whole family is going :-)
