Pinata Luka for Bunny Zoes

Hi everyone well its the weekend.............yayyy ya gotta lurve weekends ;0)

Well I went out to get blinds with no joy, the shop we got the last ones from dont sell them anymore & the other shops didnt have enough in as we need 12 blinds for the conservatory. So I ordered them online & probably saved some money anyway tbh.

Anyway my card today is for Bunny Zoes & I have used one fo the new La La Land Crafts stamps with some yummy coloured paper.

Sorry about the pics they were took this morning in the new craft room, well the half done craft room lol, the worktop is up though so I could take it on there lol.

I've kept the card quite simple, one to let the image stand out & two........well because over half of my craft room was packed away so I had little to work with lol. Good job its a male card so required no foofiness lol.

The gorgeous papers are MME 'Boy Crazy', this pad is lush I love the colours & patterns in it. I machine stitched all the papers. Luckily I made this cards days ago while I still had my sewing machine set up, I just forgot take pics til today lol.

The fabulous stamp is 'Pinata Luka' & he is coloured with copics & I paper pieced his blindfold. I also stamped the hair again & added it after the blindfold so it added dimension & as thoug his hair was coming over the blindfold. Colours used are...........

I have to say I really loved colouring this little fella up. Now this is the first time I've used a La La Land stamp, I've only got digi's (which I sadly neglect) Anyway on the stamps inside the packet is this above, so you can scan it with your phone if you want the list of copic colours used on the sample on the front of the packet. What an awesome idea, its cool!! I havn't done it yet as I've been too busy but I think the idea is just fab!!

The top sentiment is Whimsy 'Friendship Notables 2' from Bunny Zoes, I cant find the link though sorry, I have had these ages. The bottom sentiment came with the stamp as well as 2 other sentiments. The stars I cut out with a die & the button is from my stash.

Well thats it from me I will probably be busy painting now as this is a scheduled post, hubster has been building me a craft table today & I've still got units to paint as well as make valances for all the windows.

Crafty Little Fairies DT Card

Good morning lovelies how are you all? This is a scheduled post this morning hopefully I'm on my way out to buy new blinds.........providing I'm looking human again lol. These last 3 days have been so busy I've been stuck in decorating clothes, no makeup, no hair done.............yuk, not a sight for anyones eyes lol.

Anyhoo's enough babble let me tell you about the new challenge over at Crafty Little Fairies & this week was one I dont normally enjoy doing...........

ONE FOR THE BOYS

.........although they are getting easier lol. I have of course gone with the ones who make the best boys images around..........

...........yes of course its LOTV, I lurve their male images, well you gotta love all their images dont you!!

The button, twine & seam binding are from my stash.

The gorgeous papers are MME 'Lost & Found Breeze', I absolutely lurve this paper pad.

 This stamp is called 'Gone Fishing', this always makes me think of hubster & Arjay when he is older going fishing with his grandad. He has of course been coloured with copics....... will add colours soon...

The banners at the bottom were scraps left over & I turned one upside down as I thought it then looked like a yacht instead of a flag.

All the papers have been machine stitched & inside decorated as always. I added a button on the corner from my stash.

I will be round as soon as I have some time, I moved most of my things into my new craft room yesterday..............however I've now got unpack & sort everything out. I also still have painting to do. I am getting sooooooooo excited though now & cant wait to be in there.

Midweek Magnolia Challenge DT Card & DT Call

Hello how are you all? Well I am running a wee bit late with this morning so I had better get my butt into gear ;0)

Its time for a new challenge over at Midweek Magnolia & this fortnight is an easy theme..........

BEAUTIFUL BUTTONS

...........now thats easy!!! Although I have to admit this was originally made without a button, I then added a bow & a wooden button, yes covered in fran-tage lol.

The paper is the uber pretty 'A Romantic Picnic In The Park' by Maja Design & its from the Sofiero collection. Ok I really need to stop linking products up cus now I've just seen some new paper Sandy has in..........its good keeping busy you dont have time to see what your favourite shops are getting in........til now!!

Dies I have used on this card are Go- Kreate for the card shape. Magnolia Doo-Hickey 'Paris Nights-Cat', 'Sprawling Ferns', 'So Wrapped Lovely Tag', 'Leaf & Swirl' which is on the other side.

The gorgeous laces are both from LLC, the top one is  'Maya Road Organza Flowers' & I've added pink beads to each flower. The bottom one I cant remember the name :0(

I have used 'Tilda With Cosy Heart' & sat her inside of Marianne D 'Window', I love this die, I cut up between the windows to have them open. I added 'Madeleine' lace to each window as a net curtain ;0)

The die at the top is Marianne D's new 'Anja's Border LR0300' & I inked it lightly with Tattered Rose Distress ink. The sentiment on the heart tag is from the papers. The flowers are all WOC flowers from LLC & WOC. The seam binding & wooden button are from my stash..

Ok this post took me a while to do as my eldest tagged me in a comment on my facebook &......well I ended up dancing around the rug in the living room...........yes not a pretty sight lol.

Time For Magnolia Challenge GDT Card

Good morning everyone how are you all? Hope you all had a fabulous valentine, or if you are celebrating over the weekend then hope you enjoy it. Did you get spoilt? I got tedd'es, choccy, roses & a few other little bits which I adore ;0)

Anyhoo's today I'm here with a Guest Design card for Time For Magnolia Challenge, super honoured that they chose me to be guest & of course I jumped at the chance. The theme is super easy....

Tilda Only

.................so really its anything goes as long as there is a Tilda on there, NO Edwins allowed peeps!!

The papers are both Magnolia & I cant remember what they are called, will be back later to edit though lol. They have been inked & machine stitched. They were cut using my Go- Kreate die.

All the flowers are WOC from Live & Love Crafts. The leaves are made with Magnolia Doo-Hickey 'Sprawling Ferns'.

The uber gorgeous lace is 'Moulin Rouge' I may have cried cutting this, its so pretty I've been stroking it since I got it lol, I alos added another pretty white one underneath form LLC. I also added a 'Crown Sphere' pin.....super gorgeous!!! I added Magnolia Doo-Hickey 'So Wrapped Lovely' & stamped Magnolia postage stamp on it & added a Tag sentiment from LOTV.

I have masked 'Tilda With Spring Heart' from the latest collection with 'Flower Cloud' from the With Love 2013 collection. I coloured them with Distress Markers which you can get at Bunny Zoes. I also added Stickles to the flowers & parts of the cloud.

You can just see a bit of Magnolia's 'Lovely Fence' peeking out behind the flowers, I also added the 'Cat' from Magnolia's 'Paris Nights' die. The bingo card & love sentiment are Whimsy which I got a long time ago from Bunny Zoes. The 'Bark Heart' & metal 'Love' clip are from LLC. The pink doilies & pink seam binding are from my stash. I also added white gesso here & there.

Well thats it from me I still have my gorgeous grandchildren, so am running a little late this morning as I forgot schedule it, sorry :0(

Happy Valentine's Day

Hello everyone 'Happy Valentine's Day' hope you all have a lovely one, its all about sharing love with your loved ones, partners & children.........we all deserve love!!

We havnt planned anything for tonight as we wanted Ben & Megan to have a good valentines night so we are having our grandchildren. They are going out for a meal & Ben has planned a couple of other things as a complete surprise for her ;0) 

Anyhoos I thought I would show you the card I made for my hubster. Its another CAS style card, I know check me out I'm making a few of these lately arn't I lol. I brought this paper pad especially from Bunny Zoes to make hubby's card, love it!!!!

The gorgeous paper pad I used is the new MME 'Cupid's Arrow No. 14' its full of gorgeous colours perfect for male or female..........

I cut 2 hearts out of the paper using my spellbinder set & placed a co-ordinating paper underneath. For the centre I just cut several hearts out of red cardstock & layered them up, they look awesome IRL. I stitched around the paper twice, once with black thread, then again with white thread & matted onto black card.

This is the inside, the ribbon sentiment I cut from some East Of India ribbon from my stash. I really love this paper, these sheets were perfect for inside. Machine stitched with white thread & matted onto red cardstock.

I cut another sheet the same in half & edged the cardstock with my MS punch to make a pocket. The bottom sheet co-ordinated with the lower sheet on the front.

I added 5 tags inside, only 4 are shown here. I used Magnolia Doo-Hickey 'So Wrapped Lovely' & added little sentiments that are in the pad, I folded them over the tops. I have shown one tag blank before I write on it. Sorry but the others are erm............well for hubsters eyes only, they are not for the innocent lol. He will certainly keep & use the tickets lol.

I enjoyed making this card & am actually quite proud of it, let me tell you that doesn't happen very often. The last couple of days I've struggled with mojo with a couple of cards, which you will see over the weekend but this was purely made out of complete love...........it has my heart in every single inch of it!! Most inportantly hubster loved it, said it was his most favourite card ever!!! woo hoo ;0)

This paper pad you can actually get cheaper at the mo with Nikki's 15% discount on everything, go on go treat yourself for valentine, get over to Bunny Zoe's.

Well thats it from me my grandchildren will be here soon, I'm making Payton's favourite for tea, Beef Tomato Goulash Soup, its soooooooooo yummy,  the pepper & tagliatelle are her favourite bits in it lol.

We are celebrating valentine's tomorrow night, always keep the romance alive no matter how long you have been together ;0)

Happy Birthday

Hello everyone how are you all? To those in the south of the uk our thoughts are with you all, we are all dealing with this awful weather but we are all not been as badly affected as those in the south & to those who have had to evacuate their homes my heart goes out to you.

I have a quicky CAS style card today, remember CAS for me ok so not as true cas lol. I coloured up another Time 4 Tea Design digi the same time as I did the other one, I coloured up a few a few weeks ago they are fab!! This card I made last week & forgot about it.

Now as a lot of you know I colour my images up before I even look to see if I have matching paper lol but this pad must have been on my mind when I coloured this image as they go perfectly together ;0)

The pearls are form my stash. The 'Happy Birthday' is from one of my neglected MS Border Punches, I just cut it so I had one Happy Birthday. I have used Dark Brown cardstock for matting & diecuts.

90% of my cardstock I get from Papermill Direct, ordered a new shipment of A3, A4 & 12x12 the other day, though its all sitting in the box still until my new craft room is finished.

The diecut along the bottom of the image is a MB 'Modern Landscape' die, at least I think thats what its called lol.

The fabby image is called 'Fall Leaves' I lurve her long hair & the way its like she is playing in the leaves.... You can get a lot of Time 4 Tea Design digi's at her Etsy store or in rubber at Bunny Zoes, there are some designs that you can only get in rubber & Nikki has just had a new release of them in.......they are all fab!!

The yummy paper is Echo Park 'Reflections - Fall' I love the colours in this pad. The leaves I added at the bottom of the image I cut from the scraps of paper from the pad using 2 different small punches from my neglected basket ;0) All layers have been machine stitched, although not very good for some reason........

Well thats it form me today I have my grandaughter here while mum & dad take Arjay hospital, yep lots of hospital appointments in our family lol. The new craft room is going slow at the moment, my new rug came yesterday so thats the start of the colour scheme. I've gone for something completely different to what I have now.

Pion 'A Day In May'

Hi everyone, how are you all? Thank you for the good wishes regarding my hospital visit yesterday, it was a long day.......... I was there 7 hours altogether. They had to take 3 large syringes of blood then separate my white cells from it, so we had a 2 hour wait. Then had to go back to have some blood put back (tiny amount) with small amount of radioactive in it (I asked if it would turn me to superwoman but no), wait around for another hour. Go back & have scan of abdomen & pelvis........not happy with pics so then have to wait around for over 2 hours to have another scan, this time a full body scan & a spinning scan which altogether took 30 minutes........I nearly fell asleep lol. Anyway its done now........just gotta wait for the results.........I wonder if the head scan will reveal that I really dont have a brain..........well I could of told em I didn't ;0)

Anyhoo's sorry for babbling but I will finally tell you about todays card. Lots of goodies here from Live & Love Crafts, including the lush new Pion papers mmmmm

Yep lots of Vicky's foofiness on this ;0) Let me tell you all these new Pion 'A Day In May' papers are truly gorgeous!!!!!!!! The ones I have used here are 'Borders 6x6' all edges distressed & inked with pumice stone & then machine stitched.

The 2 sentiments top & bottom, shown above are cut from the 'Borders 6x6' sheet & I cut off what part of the writing I wanted & cut the edges then layered it onto a strip of co-ordinating paper. This sentiment says 

'For A Special Friend'

The top sentiment I did the same & added a Tim Holtz Clip to one end, which I also painted with white gesso. The bird is a Prima 'Clip' which I got from MCH, I also fran-taged it up in 'Shabby Green'. Top senitment says..

'Happy Birthday it is your day today'.

The image is Pion A Day In May 'Images 12x12'. The butterflies I cut from the 'Borders' sheet & covered them with Crackle Accents & inked them up a little.

Of course I decorated the inside, added a 'Doily' & the tag was cut out of Pion 'Tags 12x12'. Gesso added here & there.

The bow I made with seam binding from my stash, added some scraps of lace & a MF 'Button'. There is 2 lots of gorgeous lace on here & scrummy Cheese Cloth. Green flowers & leaves are from my stash. The butterfly edge is Joy Crafts die frantaged with Shabby Green.

Gesso has been added......well in lots of places ;0)

Bunny Zoes Challenge DT Card

Hello my lovelies hope you all had a lovely jubbly weekend. I have this scheduled as I'm at the Freeman Hospital today for a White Cell HMPAO Body scan, so I really hope this has gone live.

 Its my first card for my new GDT over at Bunny Zoes so I'm extremely nervous as those ladies over there are all mega talented. Anyway the lovely Karina has set the theme for this months challenge & its an easy peasy one...........

LOVE / HEARTS

...........see how easy is that, even more so as Valentines is just around the corner ;0)

I've used a newly released stamp from Marianne D, first time I've used one of these stamps & I really enjoyed colouring it.

The paper is also from the latest new Marianne Design release called 'Vintage Romance', I inked the edges with Pumice Stone distress ink & machine stitched them.

The flowers are both Kaisercraft Paper Blooms, the white one is 'Coconut' & the 2 darkers ones are 'Ruby', I also sprayed the ruby ones with white florist spray to soften them a lot. I love how they have turned out ;0)

The lace is also Marianne D new Romantic Lace 'Elegant', its so pretty!! I made a bow with satin crush ribbon from my stash & added a rolled flower & pink pearl to the centre.

The stamp is Marianne D Snoesjes 'Princess' & I coloured her with Distress Markers which you can also get from Bunny Zoes. The lamp-post behind the image is Magnolia DooHickey -Paris Nights' die.

I've used Tim Holtz On The Edge 'Butterflight' on the top of the card & I've added a couple of Marianne D Rhinestones & Pearls 'Romantic Hearts' , The leaves are Marianne D 'Branch Forest', I love this die & I have neglected it a lot lately :0( The sentiment is a Whimsy stamp I've had since it was released & only now finally opened the packet :0( its Whimsy Definitions Notables 4. I've also added Tim Holtz Doily die which you can just see popping out at the side.
