CES Challenges DT Card - Wildflower Fairy

Hi my lovelies running a wee bit late with my post  today so just gonna crack on. Its been one of those days & this is the first time I've sat down at my lappy.

Today of course marks a new challenge over at CES Challenges & this week its my turn to set the theme.

I gave it a bit of a twist this week & decided to do a sketch.........

I did a simple sketch & a theme which is 'Give Me Wings' I do love me wings lol.

Now you either do just the sketch or just the wings or be really daring & do both da da da lol.

When the lovely Krista had her last sale on the other week I went over & brought all the images I didnt have, I think it was about 10 this is one of them.......now Thicky-Vicky here didnt even realise until I printed this image out that she has wings.................yeah I know I really should be blonde lol. You can imagine my excitement tho after seeing her wings lol.

I thought she deserve a colourful card cus I really love this image......yea I know I say that on all of them....well come on you have to admit they are ALL gorgeous!!

She is of course from Saturated Canary & she is called 'Wildflower Fairy'. I coloured her in copics & added stickles to her wings & a bit of umber prisma pencils to her hair.

I've used Echo Park 'Springtime' papers & 6x6 Scalloped edge card & pink bloom all from 

Crafty Emma's Store.

Another simple card.........I think I may of fell over & banged my heed cus these simple cards keep popping their heeds I tell ya.........I mean where's my foofiness gone!!!!!!!

Hubsters Birthday card

Hi my lovelies I'm back again I havnt had chance to craft so I thought I would show you 1 of hubsters birthday cards that I made. Now as a lot of you know my hubby loves fishing, sea fishing or course fishing which he only started doing about 6 months ago so his card had to have fishing on of some kind lol.

I've had this fab image for a bit & finally got to print it out & colour it up........

Yeah get me......quite clean & simple for me isnt it........actually it would of had embellies on but I've boxed them up while I do my craft room & cant remember where they are.........darn it!!!

Sketch I've used

I layered the bottom layer up onto foam away from the card & layered the image on foam as well so it has quite a bit of dimension...........I tried to get the pic of it but not very well lol.

The papers I hand stitched all the way around each one.........CAS & stitching....check me out lol.

Of course the fabulous image is from the talented Mo Manning & its called 'Fishing' of course lol.

It was of course coloured with Copics.

Yeah I forgot stitch the inside papers....oops my bad. Took photos before any writing or sentiment was done.

The papers are from My Crafty Heart & are called My Minds Eye 'Paris & Co' I LOVE this pad the colours are just gorgeous & its one of those pads you can use for male or female!!!

I've used Dar Brown card for matting & the ribbon & string are from my stash. The clouds I cut with my Whimsy die.

Well thats it from me I am trying to catch up with you all but I may be a bit slow tonight I have Payton-Lea staying overnight we picked her up this afternoon. 

I also want to give a big thank you to Heidy for the fabulous candy win, yayyyy I won the candy so I get to shop over Mo's.......problem now is choosing as she has way too many fab images!!!

Saturated Canary DT Card..............Pink, Red & White

Hi my lovelies how are you all? Firstly I want to say sorry for being MIA this week I've been really ill, still am feeling cack tbh & I've not done a couple of my DT cards but this is my 1st for SC & there was no way I was letting Krista down even tho she is totally fabulous & kind.

 So as you see the title of my post today I still cant believe I'm GDT for SATURATED CANARY..........yeah baby!!! lol I feel soooooooo lucky & honored I really do!!

The new challenge over at Saturated Canary is................

PINK, RED & WHITE

This shouted Valentines to me, of course you dont have to do valentine theme. I decided to make a valentine card for my Natalie cus she will never have a card off a boyfriend or anything so this is off her mammy & daddy. She is the 'Wind beneath our wings'

This is 'Canary Love' which the beautiful Krista gave out free as a thank you, kind aswell as incredibly talented!! If you look closely you will see my mistakes on this, yeah poorly me wasn't thinking properly lol. A clue, its on her head...

My mojo felt a wee bit cack as well when I made the card, how is that.....if you are not feeling well your mojo ends up unwell too....tut tut. 

The pink paper clip & the small hearts is what my beautiful but naughty blogging friend Pops sent me, thank you soooooo much sweetie mmwah.

The papers are Marianne Design 'Roses Are Red' which I thought was perfect for this colour theme, really need get some more as I'm getting low :0(

The larger dark pink rose in the middle is from My Crafty Heart, love how glittery they are.

The pink fabric one is from Crafts & Me.

Everything else is from my stash, heart lace is from Ebay.

The beautiful image was of course coloured with Copics & I added the sentiment in my art package before printing her off.........as soon as I saw this image I added this sentiment.....it was perfect!!

LTD Edition Diva

Hello my lovelies how are you all? I'm a little behind in commenting so I'm really sorry if I'm late round its just I've decided to give my craft room a make over & re-decorate. However before I can do that I need a good sort out so I'm crafting with a few basics in the bureau in the conservatory........I'm doing the same as you June sweetie lol.......its killing me I can tell ya. Everything else is in my hobbit.

I found a coloured image that I coloured up from Mo Manning over the weekend so thought I would use it on my card to enter a couple of challenges.

This is 'Diva' from Mo Manning.........dont worry the image isn't LTD Edition, she just thinks she's limited edition, she's special lol.

Challenge over at DP2 this week is 'my Favourite Things' so there is NO WAY I could choose a fave image from there........OMG!! However 1 of my fave colour theme's are blue & brown, my fave papers at the mo are Prima, these are 'Pixie Glen'. 

She was of course coloured with Copics & I added stardust stickles (my fave)to her tiara, necklace & earrings. The sentiment is from 1 of my Hanglar stamp sets.

My other favourites are, lace, ribbon which are from my stash & of course flowers. The large middle one is from My Crafty Heart.........they are gorgeous. The smaller ones are from Crafty Emma's.

All papers have been matted onto my fave card, Kraft of course & had edges inked with vintage photo.

CES Challenges - Check It Out

Hello my lovelies how are you all?

Well its Saturday so you know what that means.........yayyyyyy its the weekend. Also it means its time for a new challenge over at CES Challenges & this week our theme is.......drum roll please...

So if it has checks anywhere on your creation come along & join us we would love to see what you have done............now normally I would be reaching for the gingham cus I soooooooo love gingham but I wanted to make a thank you card for a friend & wanted it to say a happy kinda thank you..............cus she is such a lovely lady who is very thoughtful all the time.

A bit different for me hey lol........Tiddlyinks has a colour challenge so I thought I would have a go lol. Not my usual colours but hey its not healthy to stay in your comfort zone lol.

The green border is a Memory Box die 'Spring Border' from My Crafty Heart & thought it was perfect for this card.

This totally cute & sweet image is of course one of the new images from Tiddly Inks 'Wryn New Nest'

she was coloured with copics & I paper pieced her dress & boots with the orange spotty paper from Echo Park. The clouds are from my Whimsy die.....

Used kraft card & orange & yellow card for matting.....all card used is from Papermill Direct

6x6 Petal Point card blank & Echo Park paper from Crafty Emma's Store who also has a sale on right now.......& we all love a sale dont we girls. Yellow gingham ribbon is from my stash.

Haley & Harley by Saturated Canary

Hello my lovelies how are you all?

I made this card last night & made it using one of the lovely Krista's images & this one is one I actually brought from the beginning I think........its one of my early ones & I finally got her coloured.

I love these colours together & I think I could have another fave colour combo.......yep all my faves contain brown lol.

The papers I forgot I had & they were at the bottom of my Prima drawer they are 'Alla Prima' & I think I got them from Crafty Emma's Store. Iedged the edges with vintage photo & matted onto kraft.

The gorgeous image is of course from Saturated Canary & its called 'Haley & Harley' isn't she just soooooo darn pretty, she is one of the ragamuffins & I have to say that these are becoming my fave I just adore their faces.........& isn't that wee little piggy so cute!!

The green paper roses are from my stash & the middle rose & the flat paper flowers underneath are from WOC.....the white paper flowers I only recently found they were still sealed in the packet, I think they are from WOC anyway lol. Mint coloured ribbon is from a shop off ebay, the sentiment is a wooden stamp off my shelf & the muslin is off a giant roll I have............I mean GIANT its at least 20 metres long & 3 metres wide & I have 2 rolls of it which I brought about 2 years ago for a project I never did......lol.

The gorgeous resin flower & pearls are from My Crafty Heart

Sorry about the pics they were took in a rush tonight. I've had Megan & Ben over for tea & we've got Payton-Lea overnight as mummy & daddy are not well so they are trying to get some much needed rest.

I have to say tho we are soooooooo enjoying having her stay & I get to finally use the travel cot I brought her lol.

Little Miss Muffet DT Card - New Releases.......

Good morning my lovelies time just seems to be flying past this week so I'm just gonna get on.

Today the girlz over at Little Miss Muffet Challenges are showing you some fabulous new releases that the lovely Barbara has done.........sooooooooo gorgeous let me tell you.

I'm normally not for animal type images, altho I love them I'm not used to colouring them in so I normally just admire everyone else's but I couldnt resist this totally cute new image..........

Grow A Little Love with Tiddly Inks

Hello my lovelies how are you all? I thought I would pop this card on I made about a week ago just for fun with one of the new images from Tiddly Inks. The Wryn & Friends collection is just sooooooooo cute!!

However I'm not happy with this card it was a quickie at the time & I even coloured the image very basic, but I will show you it anyway until I figure out if I will strip it & throw it...

This is 'Grow A Little Love' isn't she just so sweet & cute.

The gorgeous flower & pin are from My Crafty Heart as are the 'Tiara' Stickles I used on the 

wooden heart. 

I glittered everything up with 'Stardust' stickles cus this sweetie deserves her glitter.

I havnt even decorated inside yet cus if I'm not happy with a card I wont give it or sell it to anyone so I'm waiting til I decide.

The papers are an old pad 8x8 'Hanoverian' have no idea where its from I've had it a while & rarely used it. The lace is from a shop off ebay. 

I think thats it my grand-daughter is here so I'm gonna go for lots of snuggles lol but will be round to catch up with everyone shortly.

OMG I Am On Cloud 9

Hello my lovelies how are you all? OMGoodness I am on cloud 9 I got chosen as one of the GDT for the beautiful Krista & her amazing blog Saturated Canary!!!!!!!!!!! Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

When I got the e-mail this morning I couldn't believe it, it was 7am & I was having a cuppa still in my dressing gown.........popped onto to AOL & there was the e-mail...... Yes I did a dance around the living room not a pretty sight in a terry toweling dressing gown let me tell ya lol !! WOW I'm so gobsmacked I was actually shaking e-mailing her back. I wasn't going to enter cus I saw everyone of the amazing entries & .......well amazing they were but then in the dying hours I thought I would try myluck.........in my head however I had this voice saying 'you gotta be kidding girlie you got no chance'..........so glad I didnt listen to that voice.

So I want to say a huge HUGE MAHOOSIVE thank you to everyone of your lovely comments & a bigger thank you to Krista & all the lovely amazing girls on the DT, you really have made me soooooooooo happy, proud & so totally honoured to be GDT.

Enjoy The Rain with Saturated Canary

Good evening my lovelies how are you all? I'm sitting snuggled up with hubster watching Vampires but we've stopped to have a bite to eat. So I thought I would quickly post this card I made the other day but best do it quick before I lose my nerve. 

Yes as most of you know the lovely Krista has a GDT Call on which I know I probably dont stand a chance I mean my goodness have you seen the talent over there!!!!!!!!! Seriously freakin' good!! I do however love her fab images, especially her digi's......I think I nearly have them all.........lol

My fabulous hubster found my light tent last night I've been looking for.....forever.....he's so fab my hubs is.

Isnt this image just awesome.........do you know I think I say that on every one........well they are all awesome!! Even tried a new colour combo for this........well new for me lol

I made a crochet flower & stuck a paper rose on the top.

The lace & stuff is from my stash. Papers are Prima 'Londonerry'  & I did some faux stitching on a couple of the layers.

The fabulous image is 'Enjoy The Rain' from Saturated Canary.....in my head I'm singing kiss the rain by Billie Myers lol........ She was of course coloured with my beloved Copics.
