Crafts & Me Challenges DT Card......& an apology

Good morning my lovely jubbly friends how are you all? Well the suns has gone its rather grey here today :0(
I am so sorry for not getting round to everyone's blogs yesterday would you believe Natalie has come down with that really bad flu again I cant believe it & my youngest was really bad last night so had to keep him off today.....this is a bad bug. Also we spent the day ringing garages for my eldest son has the turbo has gone in his car. So mum is his taxi at the min & the bank of mum & dad have had to open their doors once again...... children really do get more expensive the older they get........so we have a nice bill of a few hundred to pay out this week. Its booked in for Thursday tho so he will soon be back on the road yayyyy.

Anyway onto my card. As most of you know Crafts & Me are now weekly & this week you have 'The Rockin' Rubber' girls lol. This week our fabby boss Teresa has set the theme & the theme is
Yellow
We are sponsored this week by Kraftin Kimmie Stamps

Yes we want to see yellow on your card. This took me out of my comfort zone & I have a large comfort zone lol. I'm not one for yellow. You know when you make a card & no matter what you are not pleased with it.......yeah well thats my card!! Here it is anyway....

I will say tho that the image I love & yes I cheated & went mono & just added touches of yellow but the paper is lemon & grey so thats my excuse......co-ordination lol.
Ingredients will be at the bottom.

This little beauty has of course been coloured with Copics.

She was lovely to colour.

Papers are from Etsy
Large cream 35mm trellis rose & the 2 yellow 25mm open roses are from Wild Orchid
The buds are from my stash.
The scalloped card is from Crafty Emma's store.
The image of course is the beautiful 'Violet Angel' by Jasmine-Becket Griffith which is exclusive to  the
Crafts & Me store she is out of stock at the minute you have to be really quick to get her Teresa a fresh stock in & put it on the store at the night time by the following morning they were all gone lol. So she is currently waiting on new stock arriving but go check out all of her others stamps including the fab range of Kraft Kimmie stamps.
The glitter used on the image is also from Crafts & Me here.
Everything else on this card is from my stash even the fabric sentiment which I found lol. The lace actually has lemon ribbon running down the middle but it doesn't show too clearly on the photo.
Well thats it from me I'm off to link up. I do have DT work to do in between looking after the kids lol but I promise to catch up with you all before I go bed tonight.
Thankyou for stopping by I soooooo appreciate it peeps & thank you for the messages about Natalie.

  11. Another gorgeous creation even if the colours are out of your comfort zone. It isn't bright yellow so I wouldn't run and get any medication for it. Lol!!! Oh sweetie you are really being pulled through the mill with your poor family being ill at the moment. I hope they are all better soon including the car. Lol!!!
